I’ve been disappointed with Domino’s service recently. On two separate occasions, they failed to listen to my order customizations. Despite clearly specifying my preferences, the pizza arrived incorrect both times. To make matters worse, they didn’t provide proper amounts of ranch, which I also requested. It’s frustrating to experience the same issues repeatedly. I hope Domino’s takes more care in ensuring orders are accurate in the future because this is unacceptable for a loyal customer.

7/10 times they forget drinks, dipping sauce, and sometimes full pizzas. Last time I ordered they never called, never knocked on my door, and wouldn’t answer the store phone. when I went in 2 hours later all I got was confusion and rudeness.

Pizza was not freshly made, cold in the box. I know there are new owners and I think you need to check out your help. $23 for a cold pizza is not acceptable! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Salad was red and tasted bitter. Cashier didn’t answer the phone for over 30 minutes and when I drove to bring the salad back I waited outside for 20 minutes on top of that he couldn’t even give me a refund and said he’ll send the picture to his manager. Even the pizza was overcooked and dry. Definitely terrible service. I normally love dominos but this location isn’t good at all. It pains me to say this but I can’t recommend this location in good faith

The worth customer service on a carry out and phone call had this oriental employee didn’t know how to talk asking for my zip code and ignore everything that I was saying very rude. Then I went inside to order and a girl with food all over her mouth picking on her teeth. Said I couldn’t do the carry out special because I had to do it on line. .. that’s fault’s Advertisement because if I don’t have a computer I wouldn’t be able to order I travel all over the US and I never have seen a company Domino do this on other State. I walk out and went to an another Italian place.
Falsely marked my order as delivered, didn't pick up the phone for hours. Went in person twice and called over ten different times, they said a manager would contact me. Never did and I never got my money back.

Last week I ordered on the app and waited the longer of the wait times provided. The tracker was not updating showing the order was ready and when I went in the two employees were not even working on my order which was clearly up on the screen in front of them. It was not busy and they were just wandering around. They told me it would be 15-20 minutes so after 20 minutes I went back in and it was still not ready. Ended up waiting in my car for over thirty minutes to get my order. Now tonight I ordered again thinking last week’s experience was an anomaly. It has been 35 minutes since I placed the order and it says it will be ready soon but only shows that Graham started prepping the order. Tried calling several times to avoid waiting in the car and the call cannot go through at this time. If you want pizza ready in a reasonable time I would not go to this Dominos. Update: Finally got our order and I would definitely not recommend getting pasta. There are only about 20 pieces of penne. Ordered extra cheese on both pizzas and there was hardly any cheese let alone any toppings. My kids were so hungry that they still devoured the pizza before I could take a pic of the entire pizza. Lowering my original 3 stars for the food to one. Just don’t bother with this location.
