They have 2 marked vegan items. The vegan burrito was pretty good. Lots of veg, hash browns and some black beans. I enjoyed it. Coffee good too, vegan milks available. I’d go back again😄

I was excited to see two vegan (by default) options on the menu at Driftwood Cafe—a rare treat in this area. Sadly, the experience left me questioning their understanding of what “vegan” means. Strike 1: The dry toast that came with the Vegan Hash was served with butter. The server apologized and replaced it with dry toast as ordered. Strike 2 (and more serious): While eating the Vegan Hash, I found a piece of chicken in the dish. I stopped eating immediately and let the server know when he returned with the corrected toast. I opted to skip the rest of the plate and just had the toast and fruit. The staff was kind and removed the dish from my bill, which I appreciated. However, serving meat in a dish labeled vegan is a major issue—especially for those of us relying on clear labeling for ethical or health reasons. Vegan and vegetarian diners, take caution: Based on my experience, I would not feel confident that the kitchen fully understands or safely handles vegan meals at this time. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements moving forward.

The food was good. Several vegan and vegetarian options. The service was great and they really won me over with the friendly and no pressure atmosphere.

Service is SLOW the apple pie is amazing! Menu hours suck can’t eat what you want to eat unless it’s a specific time

This used to be my favorite place to eat, but it got bought out a couple on weeks ago and it hasn’t been the same. They are terrible at time management now, when I put my name down on the waitlist it said 35min, they texted me 5 min later saying the waiting time was actually 50min. I waited, we went in there with my husband and they took forever to take our orders, we ended up asking for the order to go. Staff was also pretty rude at the entrance. This was a terrible experience. I miss the old owners. They also raised their prices a lot.

Great spot to get a solid breakfast. They don't skimp on portions or on quality, the service was beyond excellent and the overall atmosphere (if a bit loud when particularly busy) is quite pleasant. Good coffee, too.

Parking: There is free all day parking a little further down, but across the street is free 2 hour parking which should work fine for most people. Just set a timer and don't get too carried away.

Came for breakfast July 19th. Had to wait 20 minutes for a table which was fine. I ordered the vegan scram. My husband got the pancake combo. Our food came out quickly. The vegan scram is a ton of food! We both enjoyed our meals. Service was great!

I will warn others that order the vegan scram...on the menu it says it comes with dry toast. Mine was covered in butter. I quickly got it off my plate. Waitress brought me new toast. So make sure you ask for dry if you eat vegan or are just avoiding dairy like me.

Ate breakfast here almost every morning for a week. I personally loved their breakfast burrito, but every thing was good here , no problem getting seated outside.

Dont go if you are a vegetarian.

Very bad experience here. The food was 45 mins late. They didn't give us cutlery for the longest time. Barely had any options for vegetarians and the food they did manage to make, was under seasoned and raw. Even fries were soggy. Would recommend any other place than here.

Very nice breakfast cafe. Quick service and the staff is awesome, they asked few times if we wanted anything else and were happy with the food. The food was very delicious, the omelet was to die for.
The hot chocolate was very tasty.
I will return every time I am in town to just have a nice tasty breakfast.
Give it a try you will love it.

Very crowded, but i can see why! Service was great, for was delicious, fast service as well as good service. Prices weren't terrible, drinks a little on the spendy side but they do bring out a lot of food, so it's worth it overall.

Great service and food came out very quickly! Coffee and OJ were awesome! Biscuits & gravy and potato pancakes were just "alright" but the smokey omelette, meat lovers omelette and pancakes were a hit!

Other than the wait times, this place is always a five-star. We added two more people to our reservation last minute and we're very satisfied with our food and server. Luciano was super helpful and pleasant over the phone as well. Thank you
