SO CUTE - I love personal and locally owned coffee shops with their own atmosphere. This is a perfect stop for anyone wanting a cozy chill treat in Lake Tahoe • SPANISH FRIENDLY ?? • modern but mountain-y cafe vibes. Cashier was very friendly, and there is indoor and outdoor seating. They have menus on a big screen behind the register but paper menus you can read closer as well —
Parking: On the left hand side of the cafe there is a drive in that is not paved you can park right next to the little shop - otherwise there is free marked parking on the side of the road if you turn on the right hand corner

This place use to be good when they first opened up. The antojitos use to be a good portion for a good price. Now I’ve gone twice not to long ago and they don’t have mango. I ordered tostilocos and they came with no mango and we weren’t even told this. I understand that ingredients like this might be expensive but if you don’t carry it change it on the menu especially because it seems like the menu items have increased in price. Seems like they are increasing pricing and getting a little cheap. Also it took a while to get the order.

Terrible customer service. The people acted like we weren’t even there. Waited over a half an hour for a cup of coffee. The lady acted like she didn’t care, even made it sound like it was my fault. Had a little girl who couldn’t be more than 8 years old take our order. They should probably actually pay attention to their customers.
Stayed down the street and decided to give this cafe a try!
We LOVED THE COFFEE. The best we have had in awhile. The fresh juice was amazing, and the chorizo breakfast burrito was perfect!
Can’t wait to go back ♥️

Get the MASSIVE breakfast burrito! I split one and it was very filling and super delicious. The salsa they served with it was spicy and flavorful.
(Your eyes do not deceive you, it’s listed under “Bagels”)
They have a little back area with patio seating on asphalt, not just the seats at the entrance. Convenient for bringing a stroller.

Excellent coffee and home cooked breakfasts. This was our favorite breakfast spot in South Lake Tahoe! Our breakfast burritos were great; coffee was delicious; service was helpful and friendly; and we will definitely be back next time we are in town.
(FYI, this is a counter service place, but the food is cooked to order, so (unless you are only ordering drinks and pastries) don't expect to pop in and out the way you would at a fast-food place. Good food takes time.)
Vegetarian options: Easy to modify menu items to be vegetarian

We went today for our first time and we were so impressed. The owner greeted us as soon as we came through the door. The coffee, bagels and burritos were so good. It’s a local business and it is worth a visit.
