Very rude from the beginning. Ordered pozole and they had put everything like the lettuce onions in the pozole when we asked if we could get new bowls with no lettuce the lady and man complained and was talking crap out loud so everyone could hear. We decided to walk out and call it a loss. Beware when going there!!!!

maybe my experience is an outlier, but i ordered two orders of quesa birria was charged almost 40$ then the gave me a bean and cheese burrito and a sandwich. didnt check my order until i got back to the hotel so maybe its my fault but id recommend a different spot if youre wanting mexican in south lake tahoe.

The food was good, very flavorful and authentic. We ordered a huarache, tacos de birria, menudo, and caldo de res. I personally had the huarache and it was a 10/10. The portion was huge! My family said their food was good too

Okay to be completely honest, I was not impressed nor satisfied with your restaurant. I walk in, and right away the guy/man working behind the desk, gave me an ugly look. And the guy before me who ordered, it must've a buddy o familia, but he was all cool and get up energy with him, but as soon as I walked in, wow. Complete Demeanor changed. Where's your service? I order a quesadilla, and ask for a side of rice. Ha. They charged me $4 to put chicken into their already $11 quesadilla, and another $5 as I asked for a side of rice. You know, you'd expect a side of rice to be a good quantity. Nope, this is a children's size. Like how do you guys expect to run business in here cuando la gente son asi? El ambiente es mal, si podrías elegir a otra lugar, hazlo. Because this was my second and last time I'll go. The first time was nothing impressive either. You combine high prices to bad service=less clientele and an angry environment. They'll figure it out! The hard way or the east way será la decisión del dueño que debe hacer. Attached is a photo of Jaliscos taqueria food. Literally right around the corner. Punch it in on Google. Friendly staff too! They smile here. And This is what u pay for. This was all $14 one dollar the mierda I paid for from El Sazón. Salsa, chips, rice, beans, 4 taquito (tostadas) Don't make the mistake I made yesterday.
