They charge for salsa that had no flavor and was not fresh. Tacos were also bland. Great location, but they need to up their food.

We went to this "authentic Mexican food" restaurant for breakfast. We asked if they had machaca and they had no idea what it was. We also wanted green chiles in the omelet and they said they don't have green chiles but they have jalapeños. The omelet came out and it looked like a burnt pancake. We also ordered huevos rancheros and it had no taste. The coffee was decent. We would not recommend this place for authentic Mexican food. Go to Taco Bell.

Went here with a few friends. While the vibe was cool, the food was mediocre at best. The nachos had a weird banana aftertaste. The sandwiches were ok. Will not be back

When I first saw this place was opening I thought wow another Mexican restaurant in south lake. I was wrong, elements is such a refreshing and unique addition to the restaurant scene in tahoe . Third time here and every time I’ve been blown away by the food. I do feel like the mixed drinks could be a bit better, but overall this is now one of my favorite restaurants in tahoe.

We loved this place! Great food, service is friendly and beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. We loved this place so much that we returned the next day for breakfast. The only negative for me is that my chilaquiles were too soggy when it arrived to the table. For chocolate lovers order the Chantico. Also the Cafe de Olla is wonderful coffee drink .
Our server was nice and personable, she adjusted some of our order which was much appreciated. The entire staff seemed really nice

Late breakfast at 11am with friends: Great food. Great team service. Great location.

Cons:
Music outside was WAY TOO LOUD for lunch & chatting with friends while eating. Volume would be fine for later evening drinks and fun, but not for breakfast or lunch. Mentioned it twice to staff while there, and they didn't agree. I won't go again for lunch when music is playing outside.

$10 for most pints is kind of a lot :-(

Excellent breakfast place! We had the Belgium churro waffle with Buffalo chicken and hot honey! It was fabulous! We also shared the traditional Benny with tots! So so soooooooooo delicious! Also the service was great! Friendly staff super helpful and attentive. We will come again and would recommend to anyone wanting a delicious breakfast. Also don't miss the coffee and cocktails. We tried the mimosa with fresh oj and the bloody marry came with all the fixings!we couldn't pass up the Cafe del olla! Delicious! Everything 5 stars!

I stopped by Elements Eatery and Bar on a Sunday because the inviting green grass caught my eye. I couldn't resist, so my lady ordered a mimosa flight (which was totally Instagram-worthy) while I enjoyed a beer, and we shared some fries. The customer service was exceptional—so good, in fact, that we decided to return for breakfast the next day!

The chilaquiles were absolutely delicious, and while the chicken and waffles were good, the waffles could use just a little more love. However, their waffle sauce was amazing and made up for it.

Elements is owned by friends who work together, and you can really feel the camaraderie. We had the pleasure of meeting Andy, who was incredibly cool and outgoing. He definitely has a gift for customer service and made our experience even better!

We'll definitely be coming back!

Great eatery!! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast — huevos rancheros are some the best I’ve ever had. Fresh ingredients with a perfectly cooked egg. Go!
