We were visiting the area and decided to stop by here for lunch. We tried many different types of empandas: corn, spinach, beef, chicken and eggplant ones. We loved them all. Great spot for quick lunch for sure.

We ordered the beef empanada and the breaded steak sandwich—both were really good! The empanada had a generous amount of flavorful meat, and the sandwich was huge and satisfying. Definitely worth trying!

What a gem. The empanada served in this location are phenomenal, same as what I’d had in Bariloche down in Argentina. I 100% recommend this place. South Lake Tahoe is not necessarily known for food but this place will not let you down.

I went here to pickup lunch for me and my boyfriend! This is our first restaurant in Tahoe for this trip… and wow, amazing empanadas! We ordered beef, chicken, spinach and corn. The way they made the empanadas so fresh, soft, buttery, and warm was pure talent. The cashier was also so friendly and helpful! They made the order in 20 minutes so it’s super convenient to stop by here on a quick vacation.
