We have been to this location twice now on separate trips and have been impressed both times! There are so many options to create your own dish and we love the all you can eat aspect to try different things. Watching the chefs cook our food in front of us is entertaining and they put on quite a performance!
The service is great and a fun atmosphere. Good for big or small parties.
Our server Matt was so friendly and helpful and really made it so we enjoyed our time and experience at Fire + Ice. Can’t wait to go back another time!

We had an amazing night at FiRE + iCE, largely thanks to Matt. The restaurant was packed, but he never let our water glasses go empty and stayed on top of our drink orders the entire time. He walked us through the whole 'interactive grill' process since it was our first time, and his recommendations for the sauce combinations were spot on. Friendly, attentive, and total pro—Matt is the best!

Fresh ingredients, and build your own bowl. The chef cooks your bowl right in front of you. So delicious, we will definitely be back.

I only ever gotten a drink here prior. Always thought the food was a tourist trap. Tried it for the first time. It’s actually pretty good. They have gluten free option if you have allergy they will grill it for you separate in the back to avoid cross contamination. Just have to ask. Pretty solid deal considering it’s right at the gondola.

Only order drinks at the bar so cant really speak on the the food or service. Although, the food hibachi style looked delicious. The drinks were pretty good and the atmosphere is great outside only.

Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed the food. However, it's not ideal to onlynise 1 small bowl at a time. I understand restaurant doesn't want waste, but the bowl is too small since we like to put a lot of different ingredients in it. This is not possible when it's so small. Also, a recommendation is for the restaurant to provide a list of number of sauces to use to achieve certain flavors since it's tricky to figure out on your own. Most, if not all, Mongolian buffets that we've gone to in the past do this. Also, we found the grill to not be as clean as it should be after cooking the last person's food. Aa result, we could see cooked , burnt residue on the grill still remaining that got mixed in with our food . Also, food was cooked too close together on the grill so got contaminated a little. Some food was overcooked and burnt. Steak and salmon are examples. There is an art and a science to this and the process has to be quite defined to do it well. There is execution problems at the restaurant to achieve a truly very high-quality experience. I do not think this is an isolated experience, I think this is how it is done at this restaurant.

The people told us to wait 1 hour and other people come and they just let them have a table

This was our first time at Fire + Ice and I was expecting it to be more like a traditional Mongolian restaurant. The sauce options felt basic to me as I'm used to being able to build my own instead of having premade sauce options. The grilling took long because imo they work on too many at a time and then your food is sort of ignored and overcooked. Every type of pasta I chose for my food ended up way overcooked and crunchy. The chunks of steak were also always well well done without giving me the option of having it cooked less. It was good, just not what I would choose in the future if I was looking for an authentic Mongolian dining experience.

This is a great spot to eat about $24 for all you can eat(dinner is a bit more)
Mongolian style grill with lots m of toppings, oh and if you want a cheeseburger grab a burger patty and they will grill it and put it on bun for you. Never left hungry from there
Be aware Saturday nights can be really busy during the ski season so go early if you can.

I gone be there last week. I ordered Chicken, but so dry . I mentioned it and the restaurant remade the food for me. However, it seemed a bit too burnt and dry for my taste. I apologize if my feedback on how the chicken was prepared was inaccurate. but I appreciate the atmosphere at this restaurant.
