The atmosphere in this place is amazing! They were all smiling and enjoying themselves and it made it a great place to be and want to stay. The service was great and fast and they offered me a water while I was waiting. I 100% recommend going here if you are in the mood for a burger or hot dog. The food was perfect!
Parking: The parking lot is pretty small and shares with multiple places. I had to have my husband drop me off and drive around the block a few times while I grabbed our order.

Many five guys locations take allergy requests seriously. This place is not one of them. Specified my gluten allergy while ordering and watched as they moved between handling bread and handling my order, without changing gloves. I ate anyways thinking that I might not have seen them changing gloves, but sure enough I got sick.

Been to five guys many times. This was exceptional though. Samuel was INCREDIBLE. That actually is an understatement to Samuel. He was OUTSTANDING. The whole staff was very welcoming and got the food out good and quick. Will definitely make it a place to stop again when visiting Lake Tahoe just for the experience.

My family and I had lunch there last week. There was a mix up with our order and we had a wait a little longer than normal for our food. When the employees realized their mistake they promptly fixed it. The level of professionalism in these guys was incredible. Especially Zack. He personally came out to thank my husband for being patient and respectful offering him a gift card to use at our next visit. We will make sure we stop in and get a burger next time we are in town. Excellent service and as always the food was amazing.
