Food and service were terrible! My boyfriend and I were immediately sat (now we know why because every other restaurant was atleast an hour long wait) and was told our server will be with us shortly. After about a 10 minute wait our waitress Ashley asked us for our drink orders. It took about 10 more minutes for her to give us our drinks (which by the way was a soda and an iced tea) and take our order. After taking our order, the food came out pretty quick. My boyfriend ordered the chicken sandwich w/ Mac and cheese and I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. Per my boyfriend, the chicken on the sandwich was extremely dry, and the bacon was rock hard and the fatty part looked like a Chicharron.... For my order, the pulled pork sandwich I took one bite out of it, and it was extremely cold and tasted sour. My boyfriend and I both decided that we would like my sandwich removed from our bill since it was $18 and I didn't eat any of it. During this time our waitress, Ashley did not check in on us once to see if we liked our food or needed anything else. After about 20 minutes of waiting for the bill the hostess (and maybe runner as she gave us our food not Ashley) grabbed our plates and asked me if I would like a box for my food during this time Ashley was getting our bill together. I had explained to the hostess/runner that my food had came out cold and I did not enjoy it so I would like it taken off the bill. She said oh okay let me go and find your server. She then went to the direction that Ashley was in and I would assume informed her that we had an issue with the food 10 seconds later. Ashley gave us a bill and walked away. That bill did not have the pulled pork sandwich taken off after we had requested. We then sat for another 10 to 15 minutes for another server to ask us if I would like a box for the sandwich I repeated what I said to the hostess/runner and was told again that he will go ahead and find my server. Ashley from my assumption was nowhere to be found (as she was nowhere to be found our entire time there) so the man had to go and asked the bartender for help. The bartender very nicely and professionally asked what was wrong. I explained that the food came out cold. I took one bite out of it and I would like it taken off and that this is the third time I've had to ask somebody to take it off. She said OK no problem was very nice about it and even offered a comp meal which I declined . During my conversation with the very nice bartender... Ashley had came up to listen the conversation . The bartender then handed the bill to Ashley and walked away. While Ashley was walking away to go fix our bill, she said "Typically if you want something removed you ask before the bill comes out" to which I said "Well I would have if you had checked in on us". Never in my life have I received such terrible service and disrespect while at a restaurant. This clearly isn't the first time she's had an issue with her attitude as there has been another comment about how she was rude to another customer a few months prior to our interaction. To me this shows that the owner/manager of this establishment does not care about his business nor care about the treatment his staff gives to his customers. I would like to state that they were not shortstaffed as there was multiple servers. As someone who has worked in the food service industry and has multiple friends and family members that have as well never in my life would I ever treat a customer this way even on the most busiest day..... I don't think waitressing is for her.... Maybe she should go work at the DMV I think her personality would most fit there.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Walked by this place many times on our trips to Tahoe & it was always busy so I assumed it would be good. First off, I have no issue paying for quality but the first thing I noticed was the insane pricing. Not shocked at all because it's Tahoe & I really wanted to give this place a try so that was not the issue... $17 for an espresso martini-served hot & in a plastic cup. If I'm paying that much for a drink, am I wrong for thinking it would come in glass? (Also there were maybe 3 other couples there so not busy at all) Thought maybe the food would be better. Ordered the half rack of ribs only to be served on a tiny plate w/ the ribs sitting on top of fries that would fall off the plate with every move. Ribs also were completely dry with what tasted like ketchup squirt on top. Kitchen/bartenders puts ZERO effort into any of the food/drink items & it really shows. Highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Just came in for an app and drinks, the place wasn't very busy, we were seated instantly but waited nearly 15 minutes for the server to come, they never came back. Ordered a fancy cocktail only for it to be served in the cheapest plastic cup, the appetizers were cold, the service was trash.

IF YOURE A COUPLE PLEASE READ:
Get the wings, Buffalo preferably, and a Tessie Bloody Mary. You’ll thank me later and have plenty to eat and have fun with. The smoked wings are amazing.
The atmosphere is fun and cute. It wasn’t crowded when we went, but I can imagine it gets that way, so get a drink and get on the waitlist, have fun!
I got the Brie Crustini (pictured) but I ate everything else too fast to photograph lol.
I’m from NJ too so I promise if I say the wings are good, they are.
Only thing that lacked was the fish tacos. My dad got them and said they lacked a vinegar or acidic flavor. Otherwise great.

Don't waste your time or money here. Very poor customer service. I'll explain... We went here for lunch while we were in town for a concert two months back. We got seated quickly outside, but that's where anything decent ended. The server for our area completely ignored us while taking orders for groups that were seated after us. When the couple that was seated right after us received their food we went and got the hostesses attention. The hostess reluctantly took our order while making it clear that she was annoyed, no "how's your day" and nothing but a frown on her face while she kept glancing over the reception podium as if she had something much more important to do over there. Once we received our food, we were checked on a single time by one of the bussers who also ended up handling our check. The actual server never came over to us a single time. I love to tip well for good service, but this was a rare occasion where I couldn't justify leaving any tip, and I hate that feeling. While the food was good, it is hard to enjoy your meal or say a place has good atmosphere when you sit there feeling completely unwelcomed by the employees. I reached out twice on Facebook before making this review, but they too have gone unnoticed with me only receiving the automated reply stating that "they've received my messages and will reply soon". Maybe that server that ignored us is also running their social media so let's see if this gets ignored as well.

Stopped in for a drink. Fun place, sat at the bar so no wait. Had a drink and the Brie Crostini which was INCREDIBLE!!

We ate here on our last trip to Tahoe. The food was excellent, we had the burgers and their homemade chips, which were so good!! I would definitely order those chips again. Our server was really good and he made sure we had everything we needed. Great place!

The worst dining experience of my life. Ruined the trip. We went to put our name on the wait list they said 15-20 min. All good. As we are waiting we see open tables and waiters standing around doing nothing. We also see other people being seated as we wait. Finally we go up and ask at the 25 minute mark and they seat us. We sit down and we got no service for 10-15 minutes. After that we just left because we had things to do. Restraunt barely busy and very unorganized.

Ate the worst St. Louis style ribs here today. It was hard work and a huge mess. They could hardly be separated from the bone, or the individual ribs were so tightly cartilaged that they could not be separated. Plus “homemade” chips, unfortunately also the wrong choice. My wife's bison burger didn't live up to the description either. The bacon was missing.

Was stuck in back room and promptly forgotten about. It took 30 minutes for us to get 2 hamburgers even though the restaurant was mostly empty. When I said we were disappointed with food time - I was told it takes a long time to make hamburgers. No apology, no professionalism. Will not return.
