Hunan Garden Restaurant

While this restaurant doesn’t look like much from the outside, what they serve within is spectacular and a new family favorite. Appetizers were out in under five minutes and the main course within an additional five minutes. Food was hot and fresh. General Tsao was the favorite at the table. Even got a show of a couple bears outside in the dumpster.

Sesame chicken and general tso’s chicken were very crispy and delicious. Kinda silly they dont have the option to add a side of fried rice with your chicken :/ Staff wasn’t very friendly but that’s OK

I can't believe they're open .
Crab ragoon with practically no filling. Dry chewy sweet and sour pork. All the dishes we ordered were bad except one . The pork fried rice was good . Not much meat in the dishes. I highly suggest going do else. Not much for the money.

Spent $70 for to go to eat on the beach and it was such a disappointment. Crab ragoons had literally no filling I’ve never seen just fried wonton paper there was legit no filling inside. Chicken chow mien was so mid I did not eat it. General tso chicken was so bad too, super soggy mushy. Only thing that was ok was the chicken wings but even those were overly seasoned. I was up at 3am about to throw up and fighting for my life on the toilet after the little food I ate from here. I do not recommend

The food was absolutely amazing, and the prices were surprisingly great for being in Lake Tahoe! The atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer so friendly and kind. I’ll definitely be recommending this spot to friends and family

Authentic Cantonese style cuisine! Chow fun is a must. Only critique is that most of the food was just a *bit spicy! Overall servers and restaurant really nice. The authenticity really really surprised me
