At the first we walked in. We were the only one sitting down waiting for a table. Then a whole bunch of people came in and they got seated before we were. There was only 3 others. We were the only white ones there. It seems like this is more of a Hispanic section of waiters and waitresses are and so are the customers not coming back again and also took us 2 hours to get our food.

This is kind of a weird IHOP. The one in my hometown is open 24 hours a day, even on Christmas. This one is only open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. I went twice, and each time, there was only one waitress for the whole place. It gives off a feeling that it's about to be shut down by corporate.
Having said that, the food and service were both fine and as good as at any other IHOP. I had the spinach and mushroom omelet with pancakes, which was all good. I like IHOP coffee, and I liked that this was one of the IHOPs that gives you your own carafe with three or four cups worth of coffee in it.
My only complaint is that the prices were high. The meal that costs me about $18 back home cost me about $24 here. However, prices in the Lake Tahoe area are high in general, presumably due to transportation costs. It's just easier to notice when you go to a familiar chain restaurant.

We came here twice for breakfast as this was the only place open that early around the area. There is limited space for seating so expect to wait at all times. Our first waitress on a Saturday was okay, she was unable to pay more attention to our order, but on Sunday we got another person serving us and we were very happy with her service. Also, the service takes longer time, so be prepared.
We got some egg white omlette, hash browns, bacon strips, coffee refills, hot chocolate and the next day we had some burgers, fries, sourdough toast and of course protein pancakes. The protein pancakes and sourdough toast ended up to be my favorites and guilt free meal. Definitely try it when you are around. The food served to us was quite fresh and good. Will definitely come again. Their prices are maintained as per the meal.

I wish I could give it less than a star. Terrible service & racist..
The waiter (Dana) thinks she owns the place. She treated me with condescension and racism. She served the food with pork, even though I was told her to make my order without pork please. I also asked for water, a coffee half l& half, and a spoon, she just ignored me. When I was leaving she said BYE like she doesn’t care!! I have talked to her manager (Dalia) and she was so nice and professional! If you don’t know Spanish don’t go there!!

The place is too small for the location.
The seating placement isn’t ideal. No one came and refilled drinks.

Worst ihop ive been too after i recieved my omelet it wasnt made The way that it is written on the menu if im being honest thats the only reason i go to ihop os for this specific sauce that they put on this omelet so i made a complaint to the chef in of wich he seemed from latino decent. At that he still judge me and my family and said mexicans they always complaint. Racist establishment do not recommend.
My family ordered take-out from this location. We figured IHOP knew breakfast but we were wrong. Omelets were thrown together sloppily. The cheese was cold, the onions were not even cooked and the meat was tossed on top. Nothing was incorporated. The bacon was undercooked. Are all to-go orders like this?

I really disliked the food I was served. The worse offender was not the lack of flavor, but the rotten avocado, yes, it was rotten, not overriped. I asked for replacement. They took it, but they didn't bring me back a replacement.

I had to wait an hour to get in, the service was very good but some drinks were not available, there were too many people who wanted to come in for breakfast, but despite that the service was good, the waitresses were never rude, they were friendly. They speak Spanish. 👍🏼

Came here on NYD. That was our mistake. Packed house. It is SO small and tight in there. Not wheelchair or stroller friendly. The high chair did not have a waist strap, so my 10 mo old was climbing out of it. Floor was so dirty and greasy the high chair kept sliding around. Booth was so tight. Could not nurse my baby at my seat.
Service was fine, she was hustling. Pancakes were dry. Everything was fine but really bad on cleanliness.

Over crowded, food tasted great, but compared to other restaurants. This would be my last choice. There's better local restaurants in the area.

Food was ok. Waitress was not helpful to say the least.
Food was good, but service was very slow. We got there before it was crowded, but still had to wait 45 minutes for food to come out.
