I was really disappointed with our experience. For our first ever visiting this area The service was not welcoming at all, and our waitress never checked in on us throughout the meal. She didn’t look our way or make sure we had what we needed, which made us feel ignored. Good service is such an important part of dining out, and unfortunately this visit fell far short of expectations.

My husband Loves I HOP. But as a loyal customer I feel I need to complain. I was waiting for the restroom, an employee came out, there was a lot of toilet paper on the floor by the toilet and quite a few paper towels thrown on the floor. Every employe should have RESPECT for their workplace. This is a reflection on Management. But they do have great pancakes. hope the cook washes his hands before cooking.

Went to breakfast today, service was a little slow, food came out and it must have sat in the kitchen for 20 minutes after it was put on the plate , everything was cold 😓😡, won’t be eating there again

For long nightly drive and then you pulling into a town that has an IHOP. It's like an oasis of goodness to enjoy a nice breakfast.
