It was awful. Paid over $50 to feed 4 children off the kids menus and none of them even ate the food. They have new kids menus that don't have pictures or descriptions (just games) so we had no idea there was overly sweet icing on the kids pancakes (first time at IHOP, maybe that's my bad and it's a known thing?). There were descriptions of the kids food in the regular menu, but again, no mention of this icing. My children wouldn't eat it, they said it made their stomachs hurt. The kids burger bun was so burnt my son just ate the meat out of it. I told the server and they said there was nothing they could do because there was no manager there (we went on a Tuesday morning). They said they would give the manager my email but I haven't heard from them. Tried calling, still couldn't get a hold of anyone.Honestly, I spent $53 on kids food my kids wouldn't eat only to go spend another $40 at the McDonalds across the street because they were still hungry. We were super excited for IHOP but left super disappointed. Just keep driving past this place :(

I expected more being in Lake Tahoe. We couldn’t understand what our server was saying cause his ancent was so strong. My toast was brought to me on a dirty plate! It had grease and lipstick or pink jam on it! My tri tip meat was burnt, my hash browns were burnt and the toast was so hard it broke when i put my own butter on it! Do not recommend eating here!

This is ihop is small and somewhat compact, food was good, as for the service, the server took our order we got our drinks and left no straws for the kids, so I had to flag the server after 5 mins to get some straws, server brought our food 4 plates total, 2 trips for bringing the plates and the last 2 plates the server dropped off and went on the other side to take an order from another table, so I had to wait until the server was done taking that order and wave down the server and came to our table and ask is everything good and ok? I said we don't have any utensils or napkins. After that the server just came once to the table to check and that was it.

Waited 40mins to get seated w/ some family friends. We had seperate seats from them. Ordered immediately while our friends waited for their server. Surprisingly friends got their order after a few minutes. After 30mins our server approached us and clarified our orders. She told us that our orders was skipped by their computer system. Terrible customer service. You are assigned a table if your customer have not gotten their orders after a while you should have checked already.

Perfect-delicious Waffles,variety of omelets,Different varieties of pancakes mind blowing taste. Rush hours minimum waiting time 30 minutes, whatever late its forgetting by service and taste.smily face service good.

Let me tell you about a magical experience we had at this establishment. Me and two other men (one was a British “person”) were famished and needed some eggs in our belly. We decided IHOP would be the ideal venture for our needs early in the morning. We walked in and saw a large amount of people waiting to be seated. Disappointment washed over our group like a wave. Luckily, this was a magical morning, and Phong was the wizard that saved us. Within 30 seconds, our group of 3 was seated and looking at the menu.We just had a quick browse when our egg savior phong asked what we would like to order. Did we need time to look more? Maybe. But Phong was tuned in, reading the vibrations of the universe and ready to fill our egg desires. We placed our order and we’re off to heaven. Eggs arrived like a wonder. We ate our meal and were warmed by Phong’s magical vibe. She gently touch my shoulder when I asked for the check, and I can never wash that spot ever again.I’m planning my next trip just to have this magical experience again. 10/10
