Jack in the Box has a special place in my heart (and stomach!). It's not just another fast-food joint; it's an experience. Where else can you get tacos and egg rolls alongside your burger? The menu's variety is seriously impressive, perfect for when you're craving something specific but can't quite put your finger on it. And let's not forget the late-night munchies – Jack's is always there, a beacon of deliciousness in the dark. Also the staff members were funny and amazing

They probably wont get your order right. Slow service. 20 minutes to process 4 cars in the drive thru and missed an item and all condiments for my order

They kinda make there own hours here, leave with the open sign still on. The worst quality jack I’ve had food and service wise. Super expensive also

We did the drive thru around 11 am. There was 1 person waiting there when we arrived. It took 10 more minutes after we ordered for him to get his food. Then it took another 10 minutes for us to get our food. Weird because we parked and sat to eat outside right away and our burgers were cold. 3 people working the restaurant.

Management can't staff the restaurant. Employees are 5 stars, just stressed, I imagine. Back line did great, everything fresh. The bottleneck was the drive thru and in store ordering was done by one person. Management should be more engaged, or it's the district manager not allowing for good enough pay.

The older woman who works here is extremely rude! I wish I got her name before we left. And our order was still incorrect when we got it. After waiting about 10 minutes for it outside.

Multiple times they’ve gotten my order wrong and put foods I am allergic to in my meal. I know it’s fast food but how hard is it not to put cheese on a burger that clearly says “no cheese” - I mean it’s on the receipt written!
I don’t need to speak to a Jack box rep- already filled out the complaint.

Egg rolls are pretty good, I’ll offer that to you.

Food was fine. The reason I’m leaving a one star review is because I witnessed the guy who took our order at the drive thru yelling at his employees thru the window. I really hope they value themselves more and leave this establishment. No one deserves to be treated that way. This place lost my business for good. Never coming back after witnessing that
