They close at 4:00. Ridiculous. I went for a Smashburger. The menu board said “coming soon” so I ordered something else. This was a drive thru since that is all that is available. When I got to the window and inquired about the Smashburger I was told that they had it!!! Too late to reorder.

Minimum viable product. Place has been "Temporarily" closed for over three years for inside dinning. Only serving people in vehicles. Franchise Owners need to step up and pay living wages to get the place open for more than a few hours a day or Corporate needs to step in. Place gives me depression.

This has got to be THE SLOWEST jack in the box I've ever been to. Expect 20-30 minute wait in the drive thru. And no, not because they're busy. There will be five or six cars in the entire drive through and it'll take a half hour to get through. Either they need to hire staff or figure something out. They lose so much business being slow as people just drive off from the wait time.Menu is missing screens as well.. Dinning room is closed to the public. Place looks like it's on its last leg

Given the food is not going to be good, it is a QSR. But what drove my rating is the horrendous service and management of this location. Over the years, they have opened late, messed up orders via the app, and most recently, the order taker was so rude, I backed up and left. I complained to corporate and twice corporate reached out to see if the owner followed up, and they still have not. CLEARLY the owner doesn't care about feedback, do here is MY feedback, publically. ONE STAR! It seems I am not the only one who feels that way. Have not gone back since.

Wish they can stay open longer went in for their new fire tacos an food was great but service was not good I understand it was almost to closing got their 30min before closing but like I say I understand the workers probably already wanted to leave I didn't get to order their new pumpkin shake ?..but I will be going back on my days off to get their early

This is the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to in my life. The lady in the drive thru has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. In a small town with not many fast food options you would think Jack in the Box corporate would step in and ensure they have the right employees in place. This is the only Jack in the box in town. People come here with their families and receive the rudest service you can imagine. If the lady that takes the orders in the drive thru life sucks, don't take it out on the community, go and get a job that doesn't involve customer service. To Jack in the Box corporate, can you please step in and make changes. The people that work here are incompetent, lack the most basic customer service skills that you learn as a teenager and are ruining your reputation and image. Everybody in the community knows not to go here anymore.

They close at 4pm. The dinning room is never open. Horrible service. You'll see something advertised on the building and instead of saying oh sorry we are out they act like they have never heard of it and that you are lying to them.
