We enjoyed everything we were served here! From the shrimp Chow Fun to the Eggplant in sweet and sour sauce, the dishes were cooked perfectly. The spicy chicken wings were crisp and flavorful with just the right amount of spice from the Serrano peppers. The bok choi, broccoli, and veggies we had were fresh and nothing was greasy. The noodles were great and we enjoyed the different meats we ordered. They season things well and nothing is overly sauced.
If you're looking for amazing food with wonderful service and hospitality, you'll enjoy this restaurant and the dining experience they provide. We will be back each time we come to Tahoe!

In order to cut costs they are utilizing more and more pre packaged meals. These are cheaper in price, yet their is a distinctive lack of quality. Despite the cheaper cost, their prices seem to constantly be increasing. They have really gone down hill over the past 5 years.

Really, really delicious food.
We went for the fresh orange chicken (which to be honest we didn’t love but this isn’t because of the restaurant, I just don’t think we like orange chicken!), Szechuan green beans, salt and pepper prawns and egg fried rice. Portions were huge, all came super quickly, piping hot and fresh tasting.
The restaurant was basically empty due to a concert happening nearby so hard to say what the atmosphere was like. Maybe some music would’ve been nice but that’s minor.
Lastly, the lady serving us was extremely lovely. 10/10.

Not close to the top Chinese food. One of the worst ever.

Everything we ordered was excellent, and I'm a Jew from New York. I've eaten a lot of Chinese food, and this restaurant ranks near the top because it far exceeds expectations for this remote location. My favorites were: eggplant and black bean, moo shoo vegetables, string beans in garlic sauce, salt and pepper tofu, pork egg foo young , ma po tofu with proper Szechuan peppercorn and spices. Family owned and operated.

It doesn’t look like much, but the food is fantastic. Some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The restaurant could use some updating but otherwise we loved it. Our waitress was very funny and friendly. We will definitely come back the next time we’re at Lake Tahoe.
