Man I wanted to like this place. It is sort of home in the wall and feels like you’re giving back to local community. But the food is ick. Greasy. And so expensive 50 dollars for 2 plates (one being veg)? They don’t give you an itemized receipt. And 15% service charge auto added?I think I’ll head to the place across the street next time.

Like most people say , food was over priced, portions were small and the rice taste very stale. Almost as if it was re used over and over but simply reheated. Unfortunately couldn’t finish half my burrito. Costed 66$ for 1x burrito, 2 tacos, 2 drinks…

Do not recommend. Worse service in town, incompetent management. They'll kick you off your table while you wait for your food if a family of 25 comes in, claiming they have a reservation. I was literally in front of the family of 25 when they called in. My family of 3 was there first sitting and already waiting for our food. Mind you that's how many people this place can hold and it's not the type of place you make a reservation for.

Hand made tortillas are always a better experience. Their meat selection is good but I was blown away by their Chicharrón. It wasn't just pork rind, it was meaty and well marinated. Wish I had more than just one taco. All their meats were well seasoned and their salsas paired well. Came back for breakfast the next morning and the portions are nice too. Their breakfast burritos were tasty even though I'm not a fan of potatoes in my burrito! Must try.

This is 1000% a tourist trap. We ordered to go and the portions as many other reviewers stated is TINY TINY! There was a lot of people for some reason so the food took a LONG LONG time to come out we waited over 20min for our tiny portion of food. On top of that automatic 15% charge on all the food. They should just not play these games and JACK the prices of the food up 15%. I would not return. There was nothing "great" about the food. Way better value @ chiptole (and tastes better) without the service charge and we got left overs. This place zero left overs. At least $60+ for a meal for 2 people and 1 child (8yo).

Quiet little restaurant serving delicious and authentic Mexican food. Ordered a simple dish and was left more than satisfied with my craving for tacos.
Food is pretty good. Already on the pricey side for what it is, then they force a 15% service fee on top of the tax. I ordered a simple burrito and it was $15. I don't think I'll be coming back. A super burrito is $20. Just too much if you ask me.

I wouldn't rate this place positively because it was one of the worst experiences I've had. The food was terrible, and their Yelp advertisement was completely misleading--the prices on the menu were inaccurate, and they tack on an extra 15% to your bill. Overall, I don't recommend it. Plus, their customer service is abysmal.
