I go to Panda Express in general quite often so imagine my disappointment in the service of this specific location (especially since the service is apparently known amount other locations) the service is slow, management and staff are generally disrespectful and rude and food was absolutely disgusting. My food tasted like it had been siting in the warmer for about an hour and when I asked for a fork set I was told to get one from the drink station instead of just being given one. Don’t go to this location. I normally go to one of the Reno locations and one of the managers warned me about this location and how bad it is

So disappointed. Had to clean our own table, there were just ten people inside, the Mgr. was kind of a smart-alec with us. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Had to wait on food, then other food was almost cold. Rice was bland and dry, entree we're OK.
Wish I'd done something else....

Very poor quality of food, dry rice, stale raw Chow Mei apple pie, bad tasting shrimp, cold and salty teriyaki.

Soda machine not working, my order was for 2 bigger plates, apparently they didn’t have any plates, put my food in bowls, feels like I was scammed.

Deliciously food Staff like Liz hard to find prices are excellent.

Parking: Handicap right in front of other spaces also.

Kid-friendliness: For the Family ,and children

Waited 25 mins on some terraki and my food was cold. Great customer servers

Walked in, all of the food was old. Asked for steamed rice, they didn’t have any. Asked when they would have it again, got told they won’t make it. Horrible service and food.

This place made my dinner suck they served very little amount in plates I asked if that’s what they usually served and they answered rudely. I been to a lot of different panda restaurants and they all have have a decent amount .

Why did I do this? I already know it isn't quality Chinese food.

The rice was white, not fried rice. Had to wait 8 min. for sesame chicken, which made other food cold. Drink came out clear, told staff. Had to choose another. Only 2 people working. Will never return.

Parking: What parking? Lol. The so called parking lot is used by four other businesses. Nightmare..
