Probably The Worst Panda I’ve Been To… No Drive Thru… I Waited 15min for my food … It Was Cold and The Portions Were Undersized… Definitely Find Another Panda Express To Go To

Missing 1 side from my Order done through Uber eats today.

I always order online because the line inside is always long and always slow. The problem always seems to center around the internal
Process between making the orders for people in line and making the to go orders without creating unnecessary wait times on both ends.

Excellent burrito and steak

Even if you don’t know how to cook, just go into your kitchen and throw something together with whatever you’ve got. It’ll definitely turn out way better than this Panda Express, no question.

Waited over 10 minutes for the cream cheese rangoons and when I got home none of them had cream cheese and they were over cooked.

Worst Panda Express ever! I’ve gone in several times at different times of the day and the food always looks old. Nothing looks fresh and service is the worse too. I never end up getting anything because both food and service is bad! I really miss the Panda Express food I’m used and I love eating at the founders of Panda Express, Panda Inn.

I go to Panda Express in general quite often so imagine my disappointment in the service of this specific location (especially since the service is apparently known amount other locations) the service is slow, management and staff are generally disrespectful and rude and food was absolutely disgusting. My food tasted like it had been siting in the warmer for about an hour and when I asked for a fork set I was told to get one from the drink station instead of just being given one. Don’t go to this location. I normally go to one of the Reno locations and one of the managers warned me about this location and how bad it is

So disappointed. Had to clean our own table, there were just ten people inside, the Mgr. was kind of a smart-alec with us. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Had to wait on food, then other food was almost cold. Rice was bland and dry, entree we're OK.
Wish I'd done something else....

Very poor quality of food, dry rice, stale raw Chow Mei apple pie, bad tasting shrimp, cold and salty teriyaki.

Soda machine not working, my order was for 2 bigger plates, apparently they didn’t have any plates, put my food in bowls, feels like I was scammed.

Deliciously food Staff like Liz hard to find prices are excellent.

Parking: Handicap right in front of other spaces also.
