I think I've only gotten fresh food from this place once , been there plenty of times and EVERY TIME , the food looks like it's been there for 3 hours and not even bothered to be tossed around . Eating COLD teriyaki chicken and orange chicken and my noodles are crunchy . You tell me how enjoyable that meal sounds.

Calling on this franchise owner. Hire a good night shift manager...! Hire a cook on who wants to cook! We were the night of 01/03/24. No one was at the kitchen for 5 minutes, a couple of front end dish menu were missing.

yuck! the dining room was absolutely disgusting and hardly any food ready. i am no stickler for waiting for my food but the mess of the place is absolutely unacceptable, all the workers are cleaning and stacking all the chairs even tho they don't close for another 45 minutes!
