Private Chef Lake Tahoe

Wow! Chef Annamarie cooked both dinner and brunch for us during our stay in South Lake Tahoe, and it was nothing short of amazing. We had a few dietary constraints within our group of seven, and she easily accommodated our needs without question.Dinner was a multi-course affair with impeccable service while brunch was a full spread served family style. Needless to say, we will be seeking out Chef Annamarie for our next group trip to Lake Tahoe!

It was an absolute honor to have Chef Greco as our chef! Not only every detail taken care of but the food...I just can't say enough about how really wonderful the food was. Everything was plated beautifully and there was so much color. The best salmon I have ever eaten! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Chef Annamarie recently provided an amazing food experience for my small work team (9 people) at our quarterly offsite. She made the logistics / details easy on us and the food was memorable. While the beef was amazing, everyone will remember the salad (!--I know), which had hydroponic lettuce called "sea ice" that was new to many of us. The charcuterie board was also deep, rich, and innovative. In all, a memorable and delicious experience, and in our teams' feedback the event that was most mentioned as the highlight of our time in Tahoe!Chef's kiss and thanks Annamarie!

One of the best meals I’ve ever had! Annamarie’s timing was perfect, her and her assistant set the table, and had a beautiful charcuterie board as the starter. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together as they prepared the other three courses. Annamarie brought new foods to the table that we’ve never heard of and paired them so perfectly with the rest of the ingredients.We started off with a charcuterie board, a sea lettuce salad (new and delicious food we’d never had!), then a sous vie filet mignon with cloud whipped potatoes and asparagus and to finish it all off with a berry covered cheesecake.Everything was impeccable, they even did all the dishes before heading out.

Professional and talented, Chef Anna Marie is the best in Tahoe when looking to book a private chef. Her attention to detail is superb and high quality dishes that will get your mouth watering and leave your taste buds dancing for more.

I recently attended a party and was delightfully surprised to have met chef Annamarie. Her food was custom made and delicious! Her organization and professional attitude made for a very elegant night of dining. Being a person that loves good food and wine I find myself in Napa quite often. Annamarie's creativity and food pairing was off the charts and was a super fun time.

Annamarie was the chef at my small COVID wedding, and she did such an amazing job! Everything was absolutely delicious and the presentation was simple yet elegant and somehow transformed a basic beach picnic table into a gorgeous wedding dinner. She was very creative with her dishes like pairing watermelon with avocado and basil and she did a Brazilian bbq with chimichurri sauce and also made me beautiful wedding cake! She did an orange cream and it was to die for. I highly recommend Annamarie Greco!

Annamarie and her staff provided excellent private dining for our trip to Lake Tahoe. We had only contacted her 3 days prior, and she was able to put together an amazing menu to accommodate 30 guests.The fresh guacamole for the taco bar was the best we have EVER had. The steaks were cooked to perfection. And the salad with fresh crab had greens they had just picked from the ocean that day!They went above and beyond with their service and food quality. Would highly recommend them and use again in the future.

I just had some of the best food of my life. Annamarie is like a wizard in the kitchen, concocting the most delicious meals. Warning! Once you experience her cooking you will unimpressed by any other meal you ever have. My taste buds are still dancing with joy from the 5 course meal we had. So much flavor!

The best part of vacation is someone else doing the cooking! Chef Annamarie is amazing- she can cook for any kind of party we are having like fine dining sit down or tapas; or just handle breakfast lunch and dinner for our group. She sources the best ingredients, takes extra care with preparation and plates everything beautifully. And very transparent with pricing which is so helpful. Highly recommend!

Chef Annamarie Greco is top notch. Her food is not only absolutely delicious every time but also exquisitely displayed and presented. She is truly amazing. From elegant multi-course fine dining with fancy cocktails to family-style casual breakfast, lunch and dinner with our kids and their friends, she can do anything and do it well. We have never had a meal with her we didn’t love. Chef Annamarie is also so helpful in every way, from watching YouTube clips to get the most out of our unusual oven to lending us life preservers when we had a gathering on the lake. We will definitely be hiring her again and again.

Every single bite is a perfectly composed masterpiece. Exquisite, taste above all. Artistic presentations and professional & easy communication other pleasant details. Impossible to disappoint.

Chef Annamarie's food is absolutely delicious! We had her homemade pasta with mushrooms and cream and chocolate mousse for dessert garnished with fruit. Exquisite taste with artistic presentation! She's also really sensitive to food allergies and has creative workarounds. Chef Annamarie can make your meal a sensual experience.

Chef Anna Marie is truly an artist with food! She listened to what we wanted and created a food experience for my family and I that we will never forget! Every meal was different and equally delicious.
