Round Table Pizza

We arrived very hungry and ordered two pizzas. We waited for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, we went up and asked how much longer our pizzas would take. It turned out that they weren’t ready because they didn’t have the ingredients. No one informed us or gave us any warning. We also ordered cheese sticks, which tasted terrible. We will never come to this place again.

Terrible service, I waited 30 minutes for them to take my order and they never came, they just went everywhere and ignored me.

Didn't deliver pizza we ordered, and then refused to refund saying they couldn't figure out what happened to the order, even though they acknowledged we had ordered it. After that they hung up and wouldn't answer the phone when we called back to see if they were remaking it or what.

Best pizza..thank you...this pizza is even good cold or reheated...spendy ..large peperoni pineapple was 46 bux ..but I'll do it again ..love round table!

Can't even rate the food. Wasn't able to even eat here. Arrived at 5:45pm. The wait was 40-45 min. While the dining room was COMPLETELY EMPTY, they had "received large orders", by phone I'm guessing. ??‍♀️

Horrible chicken wings not cooked well ? and not spicy at all ,pizza was cold the cheese taste bad . All tables we're dirty ? took 10 minutes for the 2 girls in the back to step out and take our order
They really need a new owner with a professional employees to run this place
I hope people read this before go inside the building. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Place was filthy. Dirty floors, tables. Restroom was awful. Long wait for just ok pizza

This is the worst place I’ve ever dealt with! I cannot believe the food quality and customer service.

I ordered a specialty pizza that was delivered missing almost all of the toppings.
I also ordered a salad and the lettuce was brown with the stems on the broccoli black.
This are simple complaints that could’ve been easily rectified to ensure that I was a repeat customer. Now I will never ever go back.

The store doesn’t answer the phone!!!! I tried the manager, no answer. The store, no answer. The call center states they can assist. I filed a complaint on their website, NOTHING.
Almost $90 for no toppings and an old salad. Unacceptable.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
