I go to this place for the Speakeasy towards the back of the restaurant. The Speakeasy is small but has refreshing, delicious cocktails. The mixologists are amazing especially Amanda. I highly recommend visiting this location in South Lake Tahoe.

Drink designs made these extra special. Plus, the BEST waffle I ever had & it was gluten free!!! (I got blueberry)

Food was good here. We went in there for bagel sandwiches which the restaurant had taken out of the menu. The staff, however, made me a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel by adding individual items. It did not amount to a really expensive meal even though everything was a side item. The Undertow is their most popular coffee drink and it definitely did the job. I mistakenly assumed it would be a warm beverage, but unfortunately it wasn’t. It was still a great drink, however.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of families with small children were present.

Good food and quick service. The waffles are 5 star. Good bagel sandwich. The Tahoe corned beef hash is very different than what I was expecting but still full of flavor.

Made my way to this location at the recommendation of a brother. Did not disappoint. Rachel back in the speakeasy is killin' behind the bar making the best concoctions for me to enjoy. You NEED to come see/try her alchemy skills.

Corned beef hash was well seasoned and I was very happy with the orange juice as well. Quality of service was the highlight of my experience here.

This review is for the speakeasy in the back. We arrived with a group of 6 and no reservations, but were able to get seated. It's a small bar, space is limited. They have a few rules (no flash photography, things like that). The drink menu had a lot of variety & the Bartender was able to make some tasty mocktails for us too. The manager was great at checking in on us, and overall we had an awesome experience. Definitely worth checking out while in SLT!

Ask to go to the speakeasy. You won’t regret it.I’m from Seattle which has prime craft cocktails. I’ve had a ton of mediocre drinks in my time, as well as excellent libations. However (a caveat), I like surprises and asked Rachel, the bartender, to surprise us multiple times instead of ordering off the standard menu - and surprise us she did! We stayed for waaaaaay too many drinks because she nailed every single one. The drinks we got from the menu were also fantastic. 10/10 highly recommend.Nic Shaw’s live music was also a fantastic show!

2/10 don’t recommend. The entrees are at least $15+ for premade eggs, bacon that LITERALLY smells & tastes like Beggin’ strips dog treats. The beef hash brown waffle was so dry, hard, and flavorless. I might as well had been eating a piece of cardboard. The highlight of our breakfast was the toast with butter and jelly. It’s sad that these places just raise the price because of their location and not the quality of their food.

We had breakfast. There was a lunch crowd making it very long wait time. Breakfast is another story. Portions are large. You can eat breakfast and skip lunch~ Or pack up the leftover in a container and bring it to the slopes. Price is fair for two meals!

Last year we came in for bagel sandwiches and they were great. This year we came in to discover they discontinued them. Now they just have plain bagels and cream cheese. So we ordered 3 of those toasted with 1 coffee and were surprised by the 24 dollar price tag. More surprisingly, when we opened our to-go bag we found a bunch of cream cheese pods inside, as they don't even bother to spread them. Lame.

This place is a gem. Delicious breakfast shared along with the coffee. Great service and the local vibe even among the touristy area. Several menu items to try. Waffles were sweet enough and gluten free if that is your choice too. Give it a try if you are in the area.
