Stood in line for 15 minutes, then waited another 15 minutes to get my drink that is ridiculous turnaround time

W went this morning at about 5:45 am after getting a few things for breakfast. I told my SO oh I’m going to get a coffee. I stood at the counter and my spouse said “I’m going to take these groceries to the truck” I said “do you want anything?” He said “no”. All the while the guy behind the counter heard the short conversation and KNEW I wanted a coffee. I stood there at the counter for a minute or two. He didn’t acknowledge me, he knew I was there too. He just kept wiping down behind the counter, with his side to me. I KNOW he saw me and I know he knew I was there too. I waited patiently for him to address me. Then I starting looking around for maybe a sign with hours of operation. Nothing. So I waited there a tiny bit longer. Still he just ignored me and kept on wiping with a bar towel. I chalked it up to they weren’t open it. But he could have had the curtesy to let me know they weren’t open. It’s humiliating to be ignored. I’m upset. I never got a coffee and I feel I was treated poorly by being ignore. Idk his name but he was a tall heavy-set guy.
Idk why Gina isn’t there anymore. She was always happy upbeat literally a day of cheerful sunshine in the mornings. This guy is going to piss off people and drive customers away. No wonder there’s not a wait line. HIM and his rudeness.

The employees were just busy talking and were barely making drinks. They would walk a few steps and stop to chat. There were barely any people in front of us and our order took over twenty minutes for two drinks. I do not recommend going ehre.

Starbucks is a brand and has an image. People come here for the experience and this is the first time in my life I’ve had bad experience with the brand. Dear Starbucks, hire the RIGHT people. Or you’ll lose loyal customers ! Shout out to Safeway employees for saving my day!

There was a very long line waiting to order and the cashier was stressed out taking orders and preparing food and this other barista didn't bother helping, he was just there standing waiting for his coworker to bring him the ticket to star making the drinks. He kept on yawning and scratching his head and rolling his eyes because she wouldn't hurry up.

Bad experience…staff are so slow didn’t want to take the order…but keep talking to each other! Don’t come and there was a sign for order $12 got $2 off but when I asked about it ..he pretended to not know anything..bad customer service.
