The employees were just busy talking and were barely making drinks. They would walk a few steps and stop to chat. There were barely any people in front of us and our order took over twenty minutes for two drinks. I do not recommend going ehre.

I will never go back to this Starbucks. I got dirty looks from the staff. I asked for oat milk in my drink and they made it with regular cow milk. I had to return and have them remake the drink. They're slow as snails and they're customer service is a -0.

Starbucks is a brand and has an image. People come here for the experience and this is the first time in my life I’ve had bad experience with the brand. Dear Starbucks, hire the RIGHT people. Or you’ll lose loyal customers ! Shout out to Safeway employees for saving my day!

The baristas at the Starbucks absolutely rock.My wife always gets her coffee here and I always get my blended lemonades and it is the most customer service oriented location I've been to in a long time

Bad experience…staff are so slow didn’t want to take the order…but keep talking to each other! Don’t come and there was a sign for order $12 got $2 off but when I asked about it ..he pretended to not know anything..bad customer service.

Just like most Starbucks I visited in my travels, the staff was friendly, the coffee was good but still pricey and the facility was well maintained.

There was a very long line waiting to order and the cashier was stressed out taking orders and preparing food and this other barista didn't bother helping, he was just there standing waiting for his coworker to bring him the ticket to star making the drinks. He kept on yawning and scratching his head and rolling his eyes because she wouldn't hurry up.

THE STARBUCKS SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE. They were rude, very slow, and did not care about their customers. Our drink were improperly made with very bland flavors. I am very disappointed with this customer service. I expect better starbucks.

How do I give a Zeto rating? This is the worst staffed location I have ever been too. 4 baristas working and after 17 minutes I walked out without my coffee. They were all inept and moved like snails behind the counter. Only 2 people in line in front of me when I walked in I managed to order and pay but never got my coffee. Horrible experience dont waste your time.
