Made the unwise decision of visiting this location again. 2 days in a row, mobile order not acknowledged, had to inform employee of my order and when I got it, the coffee was not right, no vanilla, and unsure if it were the correct roast. Starbucks at Raleys Y, yall really suck compared to your 8 other stores in town. If you feel like being disappointed, go here.

The workers here may have serious hearing problems. They cannot understand what you ordered and give you the wrong items without trying to fix it. No wonder the Starbucks needed to have a new CEO. They need to improve their training procedures and make sure the employees can understand what customers ordered. I could not find any similarities that ice black team and grande latte had. Apparently, their employees made it.

When we went in it was very busy, however the staff were friendly and worked in a timely matter to get everyone what they ordered. Service was fast. Thank you

This location is always A+. My orders big or small is always correct and made in a timely manner. The staff is very nice and friendly whether they are slow or super busy.
Everytime I go in there the lobby is clean and well organized.

Mobile ordered at 9:30 order wasn’t done till 10:40 said it would be done at 10:15AM. All food was cold. Ice was melted in drinks. Girl said I can get a refund and wait another 20 mins in line or “keep waiting”.

I came to this Starbucks for 4 days in a row.

Iced Match Latte = 1 star (I got a stomachache)
Chocolate Cookie Crumble Creme Frappuccino = 5 starts (the best)
Service = 1 star (very consistent). Cashiers need to improve their service and attitude. I guess they don't like tourists.

Although the drinks were delicious, they forgot a food item, and we got a pumpkin loaf and it had dried cheese all over it.
