Starbucks

Was in town for a few weeks and started several early morning workdays here on the WiFi. W/in a few days the friendly woman working the register knew my order before I could ask. Thanks! Music level nice and low. Indoor and outdoor seating options a plus too.

The coffee was as usual very good. The staff was fast but i was also expecting them to be more friendly. The washroom were spotless and the location of this Starbucks is very convenient to us

Yesterday I went to Starbucks in the area and gave a 1 star review. The workers near heavenly were like clueless teenagers (who could care less about customer service) who said if my app didn’t show a free coffee for my birthday, even with my id, I couldn’t get it. Went to this Starbucks and they apologized, looked at my id and gave me my free Starbucks coffee. Thank you for great customer service.

I love this Starbucks! Im there every morning and they are just amazing and sweet! Out of the million Starbucks in Tahoe this is my favorite one!

The staff is friendly and, despite the busy environment, they patiently listen to customers and fulfill their requests. The washroom is clean and comfortable.

Venti cups are getting smaller and smaller
Same with my chocolate croissant. Is ridiculous they think people are not going to notice
Luckily I'm on a two day visit and not planning on stopping at any Starbucks any time soon

Made the unwise decision of visiting this location again. 2 days in a row, mobile order not acknowledged, had to inform employee of my order and when I got it, the coffee was not right, no vanilla, and unsure if it were the correct roast. Starbucks at Raleys Y, yall really suck compared to your 8 other stores in town. If you feel like being disappointed, go here.

The workers here may have serious hearing problems. They cannot understand what you ordered and give you the wrong items without trying to fix it. No wonder the Starbucks needed to have a new CEO. They need to improve their training procedures and make sure the employees can understand what customers ordered. I could not find any similarities that ice black team and grande latte had. Apparently, their employees made it.
