We have been at this place several times. Actually, we come here every time we visit this plaza. Today, I ordered a venti iced water in addition of our coffees and they said they could not do that. Instead, they gave me three tall ice waters. I told them we share the same glass with us, so no need of wasting 3 glasses. Anyways, they gave us the waters without lids. I exited the store and my wife said there was no way we could have that in the car. She went into and asked for the lids. The barista with short hair said no, and did not believe my wife. From outside I started seeing they were not giving us the lids, so went inside. The same barista with short hair said I needed to bring back the waters so she could personally put the lids herself. Her attitude was demeaning and hard to understand. I had to go outside, bring back the glasses inside and questioned her why she could not give us the 3 water lids. She started making up a story that she was out of lids but now they had lids, all in matter of minutes. I questioned again her answer did not make sense, and why she forced us to bring the waters and could not give us the lids. It appears the short haired barista did not believe my wife, she got very upset. The obviously she did not believe me as well, otherwise she would have figured out it was all too much. This place needs to seriously retrain their employees and make them realize it’s all about customer service, and not the world protectors of water lids.

Smallest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. No place to sit, so if you’re wanting to lounge around, go somewhere else. If you want a fancy expensive drink, this is the place.

It was my birthday and for some reason it didn’t pop up on my phone the free coffee. They were not accommodating and said if it doesn’t show up on the app, I can’t give it to you. Even after showing my birthday on my driver’s license. Feel pretty irritated.

I’ve gone to this Starbucks multiple times and have always had the best experience. The staff is great (shoutout to the blonde barista, Addy) but the entire staff has always been friendly and quick. My favorite drink was suggested to me by a barista and though it can be high maintenance, it’s so yummy!! (Misto with 4 pumps sf and cinnamon steamed in with the milk.) it’s their fault for suggesting it - now it’s all I order. I will definitely be back.

This place need to fire the dark hair short employee at the cashier. Her attitude and rudeness is beyond acceptable! She has messed up the order and rolled her eyes when we pointed it out, barked back something inappropriate....

Rude, rude, rude, dark haired girl at the end of the counter. December 26 at 3:30
Before we ordered it online, we asked her by showing her my phone to see if we were at the right location and she said yes and then we ordered it after waiting 20 minutes. she’s like oh this is the wrong location I said can you make it here? She said no you have to walk. So walk in the rain on the other side of the village across the street around the corner and now we’re late for our movie. And she even said oh it’s just a mocha? And still would not make it for us.

Like what’s it gonna cost you to remake it $.20.

I come here a lot and drop money every time I ever come if I need to use the Wi-Fi or have a place to sit for an hour or two. I always practice capitalism and purchase a drink or pastry in exchange for the privilege of the atmosphere and the wireless, I have purchased a reusable cup from this location. I work in the community. The small brown eyed girl who came up to assist during the rush about 20 minutes ago refused to make me a water from the triple reverse osmosis filter that Starbucks loves to brag about having. When I ordered a food item and a venti ice water she just didn’t want to make it and said they have emergency free water in the lobby. I said I would like them to make it so I can take it with me after I eat. I told her I can tip her if she wants because she was making a big deal even though it’s her job. Then she grabs a cup puts ice in it and right in front of me pours sink water in it then hands it to me and tells me to have a good day.After tasting it I can taste it is off and so I have to go back up to the counter and I ask if Starbucks still has their triple filter water tap or if that’s discontinued and that I would really prefer that water and that the sink water she gave me tastes weird. She still refuses to just do her job and gives more pushback saying that the water she gave me should be filtered.

At this point I had to admit I am a former Starbucks employee and I ask if they got rid of their water tap in the back or what. She says no and then finally when another customer was in earshot she stopped trying to force me to drink sink water and got me the water i had asked for the whole time out of the triple filter line that Starbucks employees are actually supposed to use for customers. I watched her get a new cup and walk next to the milk aerator and pull from the correct water line finally but she made me argue with her and was being lazy and kind of rude.

Customer is always right? Lots of business in SLT seems to have pushy employees who don’t listen to customers and then act aggressively which is anti-capitalist
