Terrible service. Had people show up after us, with more items and yet our order was "3 behind". We had to leave asap so we didn't even get our order or a refund.
Will never visit this place again. Fix yourselves.

This amazing spot is nestled in a charming strip mall and boasts a fabulous double-sided fireplace that will keep you warm and toasty! They've got their brand new inventory on display, just in time for the festive Christmas season. While they don't have a drive-through, don't worry - the friendly and helpful staff will make your visit a breeze. Plus, you won't have to wait long for your delicious drinks to arrive. Just a heads up, the bathroom requires a code, so make sure to grab it before you go. Oh, and don't forget to check out their awesome selection of gift cards too!

Ordered on app at 1105am 1130 ish the order was marked ready make my way through a crowd to the pick up counter with over 30-40 drinks sitting I tried to look at the names and the lady snaps at me that’s not yours stay back and we will call you when ready. So I relay this to the lady mgr that she was rude then the mgr decided to throw an insult at me as well how petty and egregious that you want to lash out at me over your obvious horrible service can’t keep up with orders and after waiting almost 50 min getting a drink made wrong and was probably done intentionally since I had the nerve to ask where my drink is after it was marked ready 20 min ago I called your district mgr and I hope he comes and cleans house your ungrateful and horrible at your job and I believe there is someone more qualified to replace you

Tahoe local here, I am a frequent customer at this location, and have no problems usually. The coffee is great, most of the staff is excellent. Nicole however has an attitude problem. Every time I have been served by her she is short, makes weird faces, and seems like she would rather be somewhere else. I hope she can get the training she needs to provide the Starbucks experience moving on.

It's Starbucks. It's good. The staff is awesome and efficient. I wish the sugar and milk were at a condiment station. I like to make my own coffee. (And C-19 precautions have been lifted)
Sitting outside with my doggie enjoying the sunshine on a quiet morning is pleasant.
