Ordered online. Said it was ready then waiting 20 minutes. Took a large soda and they took it away and said I only ordered a small. These guy arguing with each other the whole time I was there. This subway is not a good place to go. I rather go to 7-11 next door.

I put my coupon down (clearly visible) then they make my whole sandwich and proceed to tell me they don’t accept coupons at this location. The coupons are sent to locals. We can barely afford to live here. Let us use the coupons! You never know some arsonist might come in and need to use a coupon! Wouldn’t want to upset them, would ya?

I ordered a few sandwiches here and they were fine but the cashier (Indian guy, saying this in case it helps the manager discipline him) charged me $8 for tips without telling me or asking me about it. I told him the screen is showing a different number but he just repeated the before tip number. It’s not a lot of money but is truly theft and I’m going to dispute it with the bank

When we arrived at this place, it was opened, but the guy said it was closed and he was sweeping the floor. So we went to the 7 eleven that is in the same shopping center. We came back to order a subway sandwich, and I was disappointed because my sandwich was very poor ,didn't have enough veggies, and ham 😧😮

the point of ordering through the app is to have the one and only sandwich ready in max 10mins. i am waiting outside Subway and the employees are helping everyone that walks in but ignore my app order. the restaurant is not busy. after 25 min i asked them and thats when they started making it. pathetic. what's the point of ordering ahead if the location doesn't play by the rules
Polite staff with good knowledge of what's on offer. The food was fresh and hot and just as described. Would go again.

Simply rude sandwich makers who are hurting the owners return business with their lack of people skills. Also told us no egg for breakfast sandwiches, and then made one for the next person. Asked to used the restroom and was told I had to buy something. I’d been sitting there eating for the last 15 minutes. Many other options for less than basic sandwiches, we won’t be back.
Parking: Tight parking but it was the best thing about the visit.

The service provider, Yuvraj was excellent and very helpful. He made a very tasty Sub and was very patient with all the customers ! I lovvved the instant cookies that he baked ! My husband and I have been going there since the last two days - only because of the quality of food, positive attitude of the service provider and clean ambience. Will go there again - till we are here in Tahoe
Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian. I took the foot long with vegetarian patty and also ate the freshly baked choco-chip cookie. Both were great ?
