It was average. Nothing that stood out, nor anything to complain about. The place looked like every other taco bell you see. It was clean and I'll say that. The food was a little underwhelming, but I guess they can't help that much. I will say when I went there I was in a bad mood, so that's probably partly why I didn't enjoy it much. There is this one Mexican employee there who called out names like 3 times and it was pretty funny. He'd be like, "Anna? Anna, where are you?" So that was a plus. Besides that the workers didn't talk to you much.
Parking: Very difficult to find parking. Be aware it is a one way street and my mom made the mistake of going the wrong way.
Stop using the stupid mobile order shelf! This place doesn't verify orders going out they just throw it on a shelf and let anyone come grab it. This would still work in a nice honest town but this is slt and full of scumbags that alone enough, let alone the trash that comes up from the bay. Stop letting people steal orders. Ive had to spend hrs waiting for my food because you let others steal it first, just ask people for there order numbers because 2 of 5 orders being stolen in a month and 1 guy I had to actually stop myself from stealing another one is terrible service that can be easily avoided.

I don’t think they confirm who picks up orders, because my mobile order was picked up by a random person. Waited for a while before the guy returned my food to the shelf…opened up, takes his own food and leaves. I had to wait to get their attention. And although they said they would redo my food upon my request right away, they handed us stale food a while later with an item missing and no napkins… yikes
