I’ve been going here since I was a child and always loved the food while supporting a local business too. But last time I came in I reversed into a spot in the parking lot and didn’t think much of it and ordered my sandwich. The worker hands me my sandwich then scolds me for reverse parking in saying to never do it again. The worker was extremely rude about it as for just a parking situation. She gave me a poor explanation to why it’s so rude to do and reminded me to never do it again. I’m not sure why the worker was so upset and I don’t understand why the situation couldn’t have been handled in a calmer manner.

Sandwiches were great. Staff friendliness ok.
Chips were expires by 5 months. They did not appologize, but they did dispose of expired ones.

This place has gone downhill. It is not how the previous owners used to run it. Ordered two large veggie sandwiches and the bread seems to be old and stale. The overall quality of the sandwiches is crap and not worth the money. You are better off going to Safeway or Raley's deli for a decent sandwiche!

Terrible service, got a large sandwich. I asked for mayo on half and mustard on half at a deli and got denied. Felt un welcome. West coast sourdough is way better.

Just got served a sandwich with moldy bread. I unfortunately ate half of it before I noticed. They gave me a coupon for a new sandwich don’t think I’ll be back.

Simply the best

No greeting when we arrived while I searched for a menu at the counter. Soda fountain was out of order when we asked about combo and no explanation for it other than gesturing at the sign while we tried to figure out if that meant we get no combo or a substitute and after we ordered a Gatorade were told can drinks could substitute. Didn’t get a pickle per the menu. Sandwich was just okay. I like to support small businesses when we can but this is not a go-back place.

This place has gone down hill. Went and got a chipotle club that was the special of the day - drove home and they legit put half piece of turkey on the sandwich. For $20 I drove back for my money back. Her excuse was 2 people making the sandwich they forgot. No there was one person making the sandwich and that was u. I hadn’t gone in years and won’t go back. When I first walked in she didn’t even say hi or how can I help you. Just looked at me. I’ll make a lettuce sandwich at home haha. Horrible service and food.

In response to the owners response - literally u had no customers so u were not busy at all. You didn’t even toast the bread like the sandwich description says. Lazy and horrible shop

I asked for only meat, cheese, avocado and mustard/mayo and they don't listen and do what they want. Thanks for this mess of everything I didn't want near my sandwich. Enjoy my money as I won't be enjoying this sandwich.

R U Kidding me.....Had a pastrami sub and wife had a club, food was great, we ate inside at their table. After meal my wife needed to use the restroom.....Well to are surprise they DIDNOT have a restroom and told my wife she could walk a block down the road to use another restaurants restroom, WOW how can you offer indoor seating at your establishment and NO RESTROOM for your customers. R U Kidding me? Then put in a Bathroom instead of directing people off the site
