IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR DAY, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! EXTREMELY RUDE WOMAN RUSHES US TO ORDER AND BARKS AT US WHEN 10 MINUTES LATER IS MAKING OTHER CUSTOMERS WAIT WHILE SHE GLAZES JNTO THE LAKE.After such a long time we were able to do a family trip together and the person working here absolutely ruined our day. We had a group of 9 people so we were just browsing the menu and trying to decide what we wanted to get. The snowcones look good so we decided to go with that but they were pricey ($11 for 1) so we were debating if we wanted to split them or each get our own. We were the only ones there and there wasn't a line so we just took our time in deciding, but the lady behind the counter couldn't handle this. She came up to us and was barking at us to tell her our orders. She kept repeating "Okay let's go, tell me how many you want" "speed it up" etc. That should have been a glaring red flag for us, but we thought it was just us. When paying her she literally threw the change back at us, not considering that it was windy and the money could have flown away. She gave us the shaved ice cups and told us to meet her at the shaved ice machine.There, again, she was barking at us as if there was a line of customers waiting for her to help them. She kept screaming "Form an orderly line" "I don't have all day to do this" "Hand me the cups one by one". Since she rushed us to order, we didn't even have time to look at the flavors and decide what flavors we wanted, and her barking and yelling at us was not helping us to speed up the process. Her rudeness escalated and she continued to scream and be completely unprofessional. We asked her why she was being so rude and requested a refund due to her attitude but she replied " No refunds here" and laughed at our face.We had no choice but to take our shaved ice and deal with her attitude the entire time. NEVER WOULD RETURN HERE AGAIN unless you want her to ruin your day.A few minutes later we noticed a line of people and this woman staring into the water while the customers continued to wait (PLEASE SEE PICTURE ATTACHED). No idea why she was so insistent in rushing us when there was no line, but doesn't have the decency or common sense to help the customers when there is a line. EXTREMELY RUDE BEHAVIOR AND ATTITUDE FROM THIS WOMAN

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this snow cone shop. The employee working there was shockingly rude and impatient. As soon as we approached the counter, she seemed annoyed and didn’t give us even a second to decide on our flavors. Her attitude was beyond disrespectful.To make matters worse, when we asked for a moment to make our choices, she flat out told us to leave if we couldn’t make up our minds right away, even though we paid already. Her lack of customer service and complete disregard for our simple request was appalling.What’s more disappointing is that she refused any possibility of a refund, even though we hadn’t received any service or product yet. This is not how any business, especially one in the service industry, should treat its customers.I would strongly advise against visiting this snow cone shop. The incredibly rude and impatient employee made our visit a miserable experience, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to endure such terrible customer service.

Menu on google doesn’t match what is offered. Got the nachos, the cheese was sparse and like glue. Jalapeños were OK and the view was great.You should also take down all the photos too, because they are a far cry from what you’re currently serving up.

The menu posted online doesn't match what they have. They just have shaved ice with flavoring.

Good food close to the water, but the loud music ruins the atmosphere at this beautiful lake. If you want a quiet and peaceful day at the lake where you’re not forced to listen to someone else’s choice in music, don’t go to El Dorado beach.

Don't come here expecting the sick tortas & shaved ice of the past. They offer boring basic snacks now, like hot dogs, candy and chips. No shaved ice which was a huge bummer bc the shaved ice they used to have were fun and unique. They carry drug store ice cream now. Huge disappointment. Google has the old photos of food posted from last year, so if you thought you were coming for those, turn around. Must be under new ownership.

5 STAR shop? No way...Just like wall mart dump ice cream....The view was nice. Enjoy Tahoe lake
