There were two vegan cookie options and both were gluten-free if I remember right. I love gluten, but the cookies were still good! I got a chocolate chip cookie and chocolate chip ice cream sandwich and it was legit! Would come back here over and over!

Tasty tasty cookie sandwich! My boyfriend and I split one Nutella cookie sandwich with classic vanilla ice cream and it was pretty great… I think they can heat the cookies up for you which I would do next time! ✨🍪✨🍦 ✨🍪✨🍦✨

Fun concept. Love you can choose different cookies for the top and bottom. The only thing I'd do is offer a single / double scoop option in a cup if someone in your group doesn't want an ice cream sandwich. I was the only person from our group of 4 who wanted one. The others ended up at Coldstone to just get a normal cup of ice cream.

We stopped by the place when driving around Lake Tahoe. This place seemed to be the most popular ice cream place. They have ice cream cookies with wide variety of options that you can mix and match. We tried the bear ice cream. Pretty decent.
