The Turn - Bar and Lounge

Chill atmosphere, I’m a local and the prices here are some of the best in town! Bartenders are always friendly and pour generously. One of our fav spots to come to.

My friend and I have been here on both trips in the past year to SLT and just love it! The locals are so nice and the bartenders are terrific!

It has taken me a few weeks to write this on account of how upset my whole experience made me feel and I really don’t like thinking about it but I feel like I should warn others so this doesn’t happen to someone else. My best friend and I decided to spend the night in Tahoe as a super special occasion for my 30th birthday. I wanted to visit a bar and this one sounded perfect. Friendly locals? Dogs? Perfect! The dogs were actually the only good part of the whole nightmare experience. My friend and I were in such a great mood when we came in and by the time we got back to the hotel we were both in tears. We were both super friendly and welcoming to everyone who talked to us on account of our good mood and basically the entire bar ESPECIALLY the snarky bartenders treated us like we were lesser than trash. They talked down to us, laughed at us, messed with us, and bullied us so ruthlessly that it has honestly made me never want to step foot in another bar for as long as I live. Apparently the people at the bar sensed easy prey and decided to destroy our night and ruin my birthday. Also beware of the “pool shark” dudes who look down on you and treat you like dirt for not being as good at pool as them. Shame on us for trying to be social and friendly at such a hellish torture pit of a place. Visitors NOT welcome. Do not risk your good time by coming here. It is middle school bullying all over again.

Love coming here. We are from out of town but love coming here and meeting locals. Everyone is very nice and drinks are good.

This is an awesome place but fyi it’s not for the faint of hearts meaning if you can’t have a good time then you shouldn’t go

Careful what you order!!!! I order a double grey goose and sprit short glass. Like 11-13 dollars literally anywhere else.& got a 6oz pour and a splash of sprite!!!! Like woah. Hahaha even the bartender said she’d never drink there drinks…. What????

Best bar in Tahoe! Great place to watch sports, play pool, or just enjoy a cocktail amongst friends :) They have bingo on Saturdays and trivia on Tuesdays with fun prizes and gift cards. Definitely an awesome local spot to hang out.
