Food was good but sent our Doordasher away without the clam chowder and tomato bisque bread bowl and had an incorrect phone number on DoorDash.

They were wonderful here. One son wanted to build his own sandwich, and the staff was so accommodating to a 7 year old. They even delivered it to the table, which I wasn't expecting but cherished. Our son ate his whole sandwich, which is phenomenal! Our sandwiches were absolutely delicious!Parking: Parking was easy as there is a complete parking lot for the multiple restaurants and stores in this strip.Kid-friendliness: They were great and patient as our son decided what to order and the tables were easy for us to sit at.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables were very accommodating for our chair. And there was enough room to either sit at the end of the table or on the side.

Been coming here quite a lot since I'm a Tahoe Local now, this place has got the best food hands down. I always get the Lobster Mac & Cheese and Brisket Sandwich and never had an issue with my orders. Employees are hard working. Would definitely recommend coming here for a bite to eat.

I'm local, I've tried a half dozen times to support these guys, but they can listen and make a sandwich as requested. Today they messed up my French dip AGAIN.

The Ruben sandwich was so salty it was inedible. Lobster Mac n cheese had no flavor. We won't order from here again.

Today was our first visit and we were very happy with our lunch and the service. My Wife went with a bowl of Clam Chowder which she thoroughly enjoyed. I did a combo with a small sandwich, cup of soup and a soda. I also had the chowder which was thick and warm and very good. The sandwich was their Turkey Cranberry on a sourdough roll and was perfect. The blend of turkey, cranberry, Swiss cheese, red onions and spring mix was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Where's the meat? This is a $10 "French dip" sandwich. There are 2 slices of roast beef on the toughest sourdough bread I've ever tasted. $10!!! The "au jus" tastes like salt water and there's more of it than sandwich. For a brand new restaurant it was filthy. The "customer service" was extremely lacking. No greeting, no interaction, nothing. Will not be back. Will definitely chose one of the local sandwich shops that have been in town for 40+ years from now on.

Soup and sandwich were super tasty and fresh. Service was good, bathroom nasty! If I lived in town, I would be here every week.

Date: Monday, January 1st, 2024 Meal: Lunch Pickup / Takeout for 2 people Time Ordered: 12:52pm Time Ready: 1:12pm How: via Westcoast Sourdough website which uses Toast to process *4" #4 Garlic Pesto Turkey ($9.49) *6" #7 Reuben ($12.49) *Small Cobb Salad ($9.99) *Cup Clam Chowder - Daily ($6.99) *Cup Lobster Bisque - Winter Special ($7.79) *Cup Chicken Poblano Pepper - Monday & Friday ($6.99) For me, the Cobb was the best thing we ordered. Lettuce was fresh and crisp. Good amount of each ingredient. I requested the blue cheese (BC) on the side, so they packed both the cheese bits and the dressing separately which I wasn't expecting. Also, you can choose your dressing, so I actually picked the jalapeño ranch thinking I would get that instead of the BC. I got both! If I had to nitpick, the avocado was brown in spots which you can see in the pix. For sandwiches, the hubby got the Reuben which was nice and melty. Very comforting. The chicken pesto was okay. Kind of a mess with all the sauces. (I asked for mustard in addition to what was on there.) The sauces overwhelmed the other ingredients. I liked the texture of the bread. Nice and chewy. Tho not really sour for a sourdough which I was missing. I love a good sourdough bread. I really wanted to like the soups, but they were interesting to say the least. I'm not into beans so I didn't really eat the chicken poblano. The clam chowder had a good amount of clams, but was waaay too thick. And not seasoned very well. The lobster bisque was terrible! Soooo sweet. I tried adding black pepper and tabasco to balance it, but it didn't help. I was looking forward to this one the most, but couldn't manage to eat it. Hubby said dipping bread into it helped, but it was still too sweet for me. I'm a fan of Boudin in SF, so was looking forward to trying Westcoast. If I ever venture back, will skip the soups and stick to the salads and sandwiches.

Good sandwiches but the wait time was 45 minutes from when we ordered. Everyone waiting was complaining about how long it took.

I don't know if these people are just dumb or on drugs but they have no fucking clue what they are doing. Over 45 mins of waiting to pick up our sandwiches which weren't started until we got there. (we ordered as a pickup through door dash). Rather than doing their job & making the sandwiches, they laughed & ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. The entire restaurant was full of people and not one person had food in front of them. Everyone was extremely irritable and there were others that had been there the same amount of time. Save yourself if these guys are working when you go & go to Beach Hut Deli instead.

How could you mess up a grilled cheese sandwich? We ordered the 4" sandwich on sliced wheat bread with cheddar cheese (it's only 1/2 a sandwich for $10, was overpriced). Then, part of the bread was burnt! The pastrami on rye sliced bread was also burnt on one side. They actually got the BLT on a sourdough roll right. For what we paid, we expected more. There are probably better options for sandwiches elsewhere. No pics b/c we were so disappointed.

They messed my order up, I DoorDash from them 5 times a week and they forgot to give the dasher the bread bowls (the best part) with the clam chowder and my dasher went back to get the bread bowls they should have been curtious enough to remake the entire order. Cost me an extra 10$ bc I had to tip the dasher again. Was probably their best customer but won’t be going back. If I owned a restaurant and messed up an order I’d remake the entire this so they can enjoy fresh.
