The food was so good! The service super friendly and kind. Weekends can get busy but weekdays are a perfect breakfast or brunch spot! Their Naranja bottle sauce is (medium hot) bursting with flavor!

Came here for brunch with some friends after work, I really appreciated that it was open early! There's a parking lot in the back and free street parking as well. Service is great, the girls behind the counter are friendly and helpful and the food came out super fast. I believe there's 2 types of brunch places: aesthetic brunch places with mediocre food and regular brunch places with really good food. Cos&pi is one of those with good brunch food, which is exactly what I needed after a 12 hour shift. We ordered the breakfast burrito, avocado bacon lettuce tomato sandwich and the waffle. The portions were large and filling which was very nice and surprisingly very tasty. I forgot to take a picture of the waffle but it was sooo good, nice and fluffy but also crispy and not too sweet and also not too heavy. The price is average for this day and age. For drinks, we all got the regular matcha latte, it's not on the sweet side so I would probably get the matcha vanilla latte next time since I like my drinks to be sweeter. We opted for the outdoor seating because the ambiance was nicer outside. It's not really a modern brunch place you'd come to for the aesthetics/ decorations but I would come back again for the food!

Cute and simple neighborhood Cafe with quality food. Outside seating is available, next to their parking lot outback. I was there after lunch time 115ishhh, no line. I order a croissant breakfast sandwich and I started to swap the ham for bacon but then changed my mind and left it alone... So I'm it is the ham and gruyere cheese croissant with caramelized onions and garlic aioli... it was good but now I want to try their Cos n Pi croissant breakfast croissant. Also had a side of their Au Gratin style hash brown and wow that is full of amazing flavor, and so was my Vanilla latte, delicious! Staff was kind, I will be back.

We have been dining here since 2018. The menu has changed but but everything is just as delicious. I’m so glad they kept the avocado fries ? our all time fav here! We miss the monkey bread though if you like spicy, their habanero hot sauce is a must try ??

Food is excellent here. A bit on the higher price point. I’ve ordered almost everything on the menu. I often I crave the cheesy hash-browns. The Burger is really really good.I honestly just hate the fact that every time I come here usually around 9:30-10am the music is blaring like “Evanescense” like I’m inside some Hollywood bar.It’s honestly really bad. I came here once and brushed it off… but then I came back it was literally same playlist vibe with “Ac/DC” in the mix. All really bad & doesn’t really match what I’d expect w/ the neighborhood or interior of the place.I could not hear my friend talking . So if you’re down for that this place is good. Side note- I love Black Metal & Death Metal, love loud music. Just not Dad Rock while I eat my expensive croissant sandwich

The hash brown au gratin is worth traveling across LA to eat. And the breakfast burger was delicious - a fried egg and onion jam? Wow. They also fresh squeeze their OJ. Great little spot if you want a tasty breakfast!

We tried Cos & Pi for first time today. I had the breakfast plate, wife had the ham cheese and egg croissant sandwich. We were both enjoying our food until wife found a hair in her scambled eggs in sandwich. Her brakfast ended quick, she left half her meal. This was unfortunate because i like finding new places to eat. We might try this again later on, maybe i will not wife.
