Break my Marbles! Get ready this is gonna be slasher.
Kaldi Coffee & Tea is a corner coffee shop in South Pasadena. They serve basic coffee, tea, specialty drinks and pastries.
Interior design and layout were cool sleek and spacious, respectively. Atmosphere was nice with plenty of natural light. Young staff were nice. They have front outdoor seats for those who prefer some view.
I had a Mint Iced Coffee and it's complete whoppers! If Sauron exists this drink is perfect for him and his minions. It's blithering pathetic drink; there was not a good balance of elements in this mint IC. Drink was not brewed smoothly, not refreshing, banal plastic cup, and on top of it über milky. All I had was a tiny sip and I quivered. And I knew that it was a subpar-mediocre iced coffee. The price does not reflect the quality, I threw it away. No wonder the rating was utterly garbage. I suggest they overhaul their drinks.
Overall, I will never come back again. And waste my resources. Not sure why folks enjoy this kind of iced drink.

I often come here on a Saturday or Sunday morning to get a coffee and go for a walk. The food and coffee are good quality and reasonably priced. The shop is in an old school corner store type of location, and I'm a fan of the retro.

Dropped by to get some drinks. All the seats were taken and the interior has a very local, homey feel which I like.

Excellent Matcha latte I had never had a Mexican mocha before, but I tried it and it was outstanding. Definitely recommend and will be coming back. Their food options are also delightful.

Donāt really understand what the point of closing right in the middle of the farmers market at 5pm and shooing away all the people sitting at the outdoor tables is
the drinks are all too sweet in a suburban way
The baristas are super friendly, the pastries are so good and it's a great location to watch people with their dogs. I love the architecture of this building
This is my holy place

Amazing ambience for getting work done at a cafe. Can move to the library when it closes or if you just need a change of scene.

Every time I come in here Iām reminded why I shouldnāt support this place. This happens to me every time and itās always the same curly haired guy. It might be the service industry inside me but I feel itās common courtesy to greet and acknowledge your customer when they walk in or if you are busy. Not have them standing there for 3-5 minutes without acknowledging them. mind you itās not even busy and Iām the only one in line. I was already walking out when the owner called me back. Not coming here again.

Great little local coffee place with delicious baked goods and sandwiches. My personal favorite is the Mexican Mocha, but everything is fantastic. The vibe is relaxed and comfortable with works by local artists for sale on the wall. Enjoy!

I started going to Kaldi in 1994. It's still the best little coffee shop in South Pasadena. I'm so glad it's still around. So many memories there. I love their coffee but this summer the Blended frozen vanilla latte was my go to.
Dietary restrictions: you can have Oat milk if you like instead of regular or nonfat milk. Almond etc.
Parking: Kaldi is by the South Pasadena Library. So parking is available on and around the adjacent streets
Kid-friendliness: They got PB&J for the kiddos and adults. I still eat'em
Wheelchair accessibility: Kaldi is at ground level. No stairs to get in. Maybe someone to hold the door. ?
