Unreliable customer service. My daughter really wanted donuts for her birthday but instead I had to bake brownies for her.

The workers here are so passive aggressive here. I also experienced a microaggression recently when the white employee in a green sweater glared at us and then refused to take our order. Only for a different white employee to attend us and be passive aggressive. Y'all be doing too much like it's literally donuts, if you don't like me cuz I'm mexican, I'm only going to be in the store for at least a minute 😑🙄

First time here, young lady cashier Taylor was extremely patient and helpful. I went up to the register and then my son became indecisive and Taylor just made the situation calm and easy by being patient and helpful. I know I probably would’ve been a little impatient but she was just so kind and professional. Thanks for the great experience Taylor. Will definitely return when in the area again!

I came in today after a pretty bummy day, was met with a very tall handsome pleasant gentleman , he was very considerate and didn't rush me even when the store was busy and I took some extra time to decide what I wanted , he was genuinely very sweet and even bothered to ask me how I was. great guy, very helpful, my day completely changed after that one nice interaction.
bought a dozen originally but then I was very pleasantly convinced to go with the offer to buy another. service and food both 10/10 definitely coming back.

The gentleman with the pink beard and heart shaped glasses is always so nice when I go in! Service is good and fast. I will say though only a few Krispy Kreme makes their donut in house and this is not one of them. I’ll leave it at that

It's always a treat to get Krispy Kreme because we don't have it at home anymore. The store's atmosphere was very clean and the woman helping us was very nice. Lots of great donut options to choose from and their iced carmel coffee was extremely good!
