This is a cool location. Great outdoor patio and cozy clean inside. Drinks are consistent and I do not ever need a redo. Try the cold brews!

I've had some issues in the past with the app and getting promos. Especially when they switched the POS system here. The employees were frustrated and were confused when promo codes are glitching or the POS glitches. Not their fault.

And they haven't always honored the price causing me to pay full when I was emailed a discount earlier that day, but I must have my caffeine, so I just deal with it.

Parking can be frustrating. You have to fight for one of 3 street spots they have because the adjacent parking lot has many tenants and high volume.

This community is very walkable and this is still a great place to come and chill. You cannot get the cozy vibe at the Starbucks nearby.

Horrible service. I came in the girl was rude they didn’t have anything outside for me to stir my coffee. I asked for creamer she gave it to me on the side. Then I am looking for a stir stick there was none I then got one and she says to ask her next time. I told her twice there was nothing out in the area where you prepare your coffee. Gives me creamer in the side and expect me to stir it with my finger and still has an attitude. I’ve never had. Ava’s experience at a coffee bean till now. Don’t come here in the morning they’re in a bad mood. The lady taking my order however was nice. The one making them is the rude one

I've been a customer of Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for several decades. Many of my friends and coworkers never had the drinks from there. They usually go to Ugh, Starbucks. Well, when I invited them to Coffee Bean for the 1st time. Had them try my all-time favorite Hot or Iced Americano with Hazelnut powder. They're hooked, especially my coworkers at Welbe Health in Pasadena. 😄 They always forget the name of the drink. It is not a hard name to forget. But I always have to tell them. Thank you, Coffee Bean. And the Associates and Baristas at South Pasadena, you guys are awesome. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🥐🥪☕🧋

David, Madison, Vanessa, and all the people that work here are genuinely so kind. I come in quite a bit since I stopped going to Starbucks permanently, so they know me by name, as well as what I usually order. They're all super attentive and have never been rude. Plus, my drinks genuinely always taste good/consistent. Not too sweet, not too bitter, etc. I can tell other people feel the same cause there are a lot of regulars here. Will keep coming back as long as I live here!

This location has been here for a while. Coffee, iced drinks, and ice blended drinks.

Personal favorite: ice blended white chocolate. No coffee? Ice blended matcha.

Watching your sugar intake? Ask for the drinks but lightened. That means half the powder.

Parking can be challenging. Traffic, depending on the time of day can be interesting.

Best service... best baristas Jose and Frida..

They close at 9pm. I got there right at 8pm only to find out she shut the oven down an hour early and told me she couldn’t even do a grilled cheese sandwich.
