Nice ambiance and excellent service. We started with the mezze platter and marinated olives. The fresh baked pita was fabulous, classic hummus was smooth and flavorful and olives were so good. The roasted carrot and avocado salad was fresh and delicious! It maybe could have used a soupçon more acid and salt, but was delicious and a hearty portion. Kefta beef/lamb kabob and chicken kabobs were good. The sauces with both fell a little flat, the yogurt sauce with the chicken was more flavorful than the tahini sauce with the kefta. Excellent spirits menu with great “house cocktails”, good wine by the glass options. The lemon dessert, can’t remember the name, was the perfect ending, light and not too sweet, thank to Jacob D! Any minor complaints I had with the food were quickly forgotten due to the excellent service. Ample parking, easy in and out.
The presentation of the dishes is beautiful, and the taste matches it perfectly.
This is a tiny gem of the bay area. The food is of the highest quality. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very romantic, so bring a date! I ordered the roasted fish. It honestly exceeded my expectations for what a salmon should taste like. I'd recommend just ordering anything. It will always be good.
Great family run restaurant with amazing service and authentic Middle Eastern food. Love their new happy hour menu and their parking lot is always a plus!
Everything was fine but got the feeling it was borderline a sports bar.
Very nice restaurant and the food delicious!
Jacob and Edward were sooooooo fantastic! Food was great and the services was even better. We probably ordered 2 of everything on the menu and my glass was never empty.
I had lunch there today with a friend of mine. She had the lamb bolognese I had the pan seared salmon. It was delicious! It was a nice atmosphere as well. Thank you for the delicious lunch and we look forward to coming back.

Went here for dinner, promptly seated and hostess brought water and silverware but NO ONE EVER CAME TO TAKE MY ORDER.
I waited 20+ minutes and every waiter/waitress in the place passed by my table but no one ever even acknowledged that I was sitting there.
Atmosphere was nice, menu looked good and the food served to the 6 other tables in the restaurant looked and smelled good, but NONE OF THIS MATTERS if no one ever comes to take your order or at least tell you they will be right with you.....
They were not that busy!
I finally got up and left without eating, went down the street and had a great meal elsewhere.....

We made a reservation for a business lunch with a client for a party of 6. They reserved us a corner table which was perfect. One of our party had a severe food allergy which multiple staff members were able to assure us was not in any of the food we ordered. The food was delicious. Almost all of us ordered kebabs. It is a nice option in the area for a sitdown lunch that is not too formal.
Very nice experience in South San Francisco. My wife had a salmon entree that she said was excellent. I'm vegetarian; my stuffed eggplant entree was superb, baked to the exact degree of doneness. There are other vegetarian options as well, like the mezze platter or several different flatbreads. Good service and somewhat upscale but comfortable decor. I had a nice glass of wine, though the only downside here is that there are no Palestinian or Middle Eastern beers or wines by the glass.
Amoura is a go-to place for us and we love the wine, and now, beer pairing dinners. This is our third of three that they done. Our only complaint was the brewmaster didn't make the time to make it to every table to introduce himself, his product and presumably, to thank everyone for trying their beer. There weren't that many tables, and, 'hi, thanks for coming' would have been enough. We didn't need a 10 minute conversation. That said, we love these dinners and the service on the restaurant's end, is attentive, friendly and they remember you.
My coworkers and I had dinner here. The food was delicious, the drinks were well made, and the service was great. The restaurant stayed open well past their 8pm closing time to accommodate us. Everyone in our group was impressed with the quality of the food and drink. And the price was surprisingly reasonable for the Bay Area. I will definitely eat here again!
