Nice ambiance and excellent service. We started with the mezze platter and marinated olives. The fresh baked pita was fabulous, classic hummus was smooth and flavorful and olives were so good. The roasted carrot and avocado salad was fresh and delicious! It maybe could have used a soupçon more acid and salt, but was delicious and a hearty portion. Kefta beef/lamb kabob and chicken kabobs were good. The sauces with both fell a little flat, the yogurt sauce with the chicken was...
This is a tiny gem of the bay area. The food is of the highest quality. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very romantic, so bring a date! I ordered the roasted fish. It honestly exceeded my expectations for what a salmon should taste like. I'd recommend just ordering anything. It will always be good.
I had lunch there today with a friend of mine. She had the lamb bolognese I had the pan seared salmon. It was delicious! It was a nice atmosphere as well. Thank you for the delicious lunch and we look forward to coming back.
