The service is a bit slow. A dinner for 2 took 2+ hours to get us served and out the door. I made a point to make eye contact with employees when possible. The food was ultimately a letdown. We had: pepperoni pizza, Brussels sprout ap, meatball ap, and chicken parm. Most of the veggies tasted as if they were cooked from frozen, especially the veggies that came with the chicken parm. I got the impression most of the food was Costco bought, and frozen. The chicken parm seemed to be tenderized appropriately but the sauce and breading were uninspired. The highlight was probably the meatball appetizer. The pizza was downright horrible. I’ve had better frozen pizzas from Walmart than the pizza we got. The environment is certainly cool, but it doesn’t have the food to match unfortunately. I was bummed out because I was recommended this place via coworkers, but I found it to be insanely overpriced and low in overall quality. I will continue to explore Italian spots in ssf, but so far the best I’ve found in the Bay Area is lilians in Santa Cruz. This place doesn’t hold a candle to lilians.

Made a reservation online for dinner for 2, and got seated in time. Sadly only 1 booth for 2, so we were given a makeshift table the staff scooted around enough so we weren't colliding with adjacent guests.
Appetizers, 1 with thin well seasoned tender octopus and 1 with refreshing burrata cheese with veggies were excellent. Bread and oil/vinaigrette nice too, but we didn't fill up on this.
Shrimp pasta I ordered was fairly good, bit plain for my taste, but subjective. The clam pasta my roommate got was unfortunately quite salty, so she couldn't really finish eating eat.
Decor is nice and looks slightly uoscale for being inside a former bank.
Our experience was a bit annoying, unfortunately from the slow/inattentive service, but mainly, a large family filling almost half the restaurant that hired a photographer kept using a bright flash that lit up the room like police lights all night and had us and other people around wincing. Unlucky day, but maybe hoped staff would intervene as that family isn't the only group trying to have a nice comfortable meal in this place.
When trying to end with dessert, sadly the one we were hoping to try (lava cake) had ran out, so we ordered the panna cotta instead, which was nice and light. Bill took a while to be dealt with as waitress seemed lost going back and forth and around. Overall, a decent place for Italian cuisine, but not a go-to for us.

Called in at 8:15 PM to make sure kitchen will be open if I arrive in next 30 minutes. The Man was very assertive that kitchen closes at 9:00. arrived at 8:47 and kitchen was closed and owner whom apparently I spoke with tried to excuse himself saying “we closed”even though it was before nine. Why did he say this on phone? Would’ve ordered Togo. I drove all the way there. I’m sure the food may be good, but will never come here again and hate when restaurants do that.

First time coming here and I loved it. The waiters were attentive and the ambience was nice. I am looking forward to trying everything on their menu. I had the lamb this time. Everything was cooked perfectly. What a delicious and beautiful dish!

Food was great! Service excellent! A little too bright inside (lighting in the evening) and acoustics inside are a little off, probably because it was a bank!

My food was late and the wine glass had red lipstick all over it. I guess the dishwasher didn't wash it very well. Therefore, I am glad I noticed before I started drinking any wine from it. Also, the tiramisu had granulated sugar and it was too sweet. I would probably not go back...

5 stars for the food. Some of the best tasting Italian food I have had (Tortellini alla Michelangelo &Pollo marsala). The wines by the glass were good and reasonably priced too.

The service was great, really attentive. The restaurant is an old bank building with vaulted ceilings and they have a private dining area in the back that is converted from the actual vault of the bank.

The decor is a bit funky....it really doesn't feel like an Italian restaurant but rather almost like a Circque du Soleil Vegas show. But hey, the experience was fun and other might like it.

Everything was great and we'll definitely go back but our waiter seemed like he didn't want to be there so that was a bummer. But it could've been a bad day, we all have them. Food was outstanding and the atmosphere was great!

Service was impeccable. Andiamo in Banca is a great choice for authentic Italian cuisine. The combination of delicious food, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere makes it a must-visit for Italian food enthusiasts.

Atmos is fantastic. Our server was attentive and was there when needed and never seemed intrusive. The cocktails were divine. The Linden is especially good. The house made bread is superb; fresh, hot, soft center, and a crust. Just yummy. The meatball appetizer was a ten out of ten. The linguine pesto was excellent and while it did say “cream sauce” we would have liked to see a more true pesto and slightly less cream. The paparadelle was good, not great. Seemed lack a bit of “oomph” for a lack of a better descriptor. The cream brûlée was good, not great. It was not served in a traditional low-sided dish and when they flamed the sugar the dish got hit which melted the contents so it was not as firm as it should be. The panna cottta, however, was world class. One of the best we've had. A very nice place that could be a stellar place with a few tweaks.

We enjoyed a family dinner with 9 people ages 5-70. Outstanding Calamari appetizer-uniquely light, fresh tasting. Kids loved 3 different pasta dishes, I had an excellent sole entree with delicious veg and risotto, everyone loved their food. Service is always attentive and friendly. Another fun evening at Andiamo!
