I’m in Disbelief at the service I received from the drive through worker this morning. I’ve never had someone on the clock argue and yell at me, telling me I hadn’t given him my (2 item) order correctly, after trying to overcharge me. Never gave me change or my receipt. Extremely horrible customer service. This person should Not be attending to customers, especially in the am. Terrible way to start a day.

My wife ordered food asked for some ketchup cause there’s nothing in the bag then the Spanish lady gave her 2 ketchup. Then my wife went back to get another meal for my kids and used her coupons, when the order is ready the Spanish lady called the order and said the meal for the lady with a coupon! My wife notice there’s no ketchup in the bag so she asked for some more ketchup and the Spanish lady was complaining about my wife asking for more ketchup… so I told my wife never go to that Burger King again rude employee!

This Burger King was exceptionally clean. The staff was really nice. I forgot my glasses and I'm squinting to read the board and the nice gentleman was reading them off to me. That alone was worth a 5-star rating. Other than that what can I say it's Burger King when you walk in there you know what to expect. But I got a Whopper with cheese and onion rings and substituted the drink with a milkshake. But I will say Jack in the box has a better milkshake.
I feel like this BK is always under staffed, cause they're slow most of the time.
