Although the food is mediocre at best, this review is about their customer service. I never leave negative reviews but this interaction was extremely rude and I will not be coming here ever again. Not only was the lady yelling at me, she accused me of ordering from the wrong restaurant… weird…. And then proceeded to called her coworker over and they both started yelling at me to wait 10 more minutes. Those 10 minutes turned into 40. Absolute worst experience ever.

BBQ duck and char sui were good but they served it first without the rice or noodles, which didn't come until about 15 min later. Interior is pleasant and clean. I recommend everyone to give them a try.

We stumbled in this restaurant because Golden Palace was closed ( WEDDING PARTY). THANKFULLY, Cheung Hing restaurant was there for our hungry appetites. The place is newly renovated, looking brighter and very inviting. The menu was extensive, entrees with Cantonese menu specialties. Highlights of our orders were the Barbecue platter, eggplant with shredded pork clay pot style and many more. The food entrees were great, authentic Cantonese food. The restaurant did not disappoint. The prices were reasonable, way cheaper than Golden Palace. Service was excellent, our server was attentive.

Cheung Hing Restaurant got its groove back! Keep up the great work and customers will keep on coming 👍 😀 👌!

Order bbq pork takeaway. It was a bit tough and fatty and sweet on the sauce. It tasted alright after heating them up.

I went to buy a roast duck for $33.45 on the eve of Chinese New Year. When I got home, I opened the box and found that the contents were completely wrong. One of the ducks was missing its legs, and it had a lot of duck necks and a lot of fat. Consumers, don't believe this. Stores, do not shop in stores without credit

First time ordering through Door Dash (that experience was fine, BUT...) the food arrived cold. Not just delivered-too-late cold. REFRIGERATOR COLD. ICE COLD. No utensils, no plates, no napkins, no extra soy sauce, nothing but cold pork and chicken and warm rice. Oh, and not the 'soy sauce chicken' we ordered, but apparently the boiled chicken I didn't order because it sounded gross. It was. The BBQ pork wasnt ribs, it was 1 inch squares of meat with bone in them.I realize that options are limited on Christmas Eve, but if you're going to be open, you really have to do better. Couldn't pay me to eat there again.

I like this place more than Hing Lung next door. There is never a line or wait. The food to me is the same as Hing Lung but there is no wait during lunch/dinner hours. The price is cheaper but subjectively not as good as Hing Lung says my wife. I don't believe it and don't care for the wait next door. It's Cheung Hing for me.

Roast duck, roast pork, and char siu are standards here. Can't go wrong with those (unless it's late in the day and it's been sitting out for a while).

Terrible, rude. Lunch 12pm, no one is here. I am only by myself. Server wants me to sit at the table she wants. Ridiculously, i said i want to sit the table i want. No one in the restaurant. She doesn’t speak English either. I have to repeat 3-4 times which dish has rice or just meat. She throws the menus right to my face. And I need to be back to work office pretty soon so I have to sit here in this rude stinky restaurant, no clients here. Go to Wild Cajun across the street instead. The owner is super nice and offer me milk tea , very kind, I even ordered double mill teas from him, never come back to this place again.

Food is not bad, on the oily side. But be prepared to wait 2-3x the amount of time it normally takes to get your food. They are SEVERELY understaffed, and can’t possibly handle the number of online offers plus diners. I honestly would recommend everyone go to next door if you want Cantonese food, never had a problem with wait and food quality is on par.
