Bright and vibrant place with good food, a little tight seating but worth the squeeze to eat the lumpia’s and fried fish. Nice that you can also buy some to prepare at home and baked goodies to share with others
Ordered a Togo Shanghai lumpia, palabok and empanada here. Lumpia was mostly wrapper. Not much meat inside. I could have bought a frozen one and cooked it. Some of rolls were cut and some were folded into two ( they forgot to cut). The palabok was ok but not much meat or shrimp. Kadok would have better taste. The empanada was good.

Lady by the name of Maria answer she said we got a lot told her reserve me 2 order.Come down there half an hour later
to get my order the guy at the cashier told me that he only have one and they don't have anything left.Can't explain either what happen.That's the kind of service you will get after going there for so many years.
