Waited at the counter for 5 minutes. Three workers saw me. Not a single person at the counter acknowledged me to take my order. They were so absorbed with their work and the drive thru.

Employees don't acknowledge your presence. took about 10min before someone even asked me if I needed assistance. I tried to get someone's attention to pick up my order but was ignored. It wasn't until another person came on their shift that I was asked for help. Keep in mind I had ordered ahead and waited 25min for my order. So 10min before I was acknowledged another 15 for get my order.

Went here to order food for my kids and wife and my order was missing things and my fries were cold. My kids never complain about Jack n box but tonight they only ate part of it and complained that they didn’t have there other items. Very disappointed and staff appeared to be joking around about something

Just watched the cook wipe her nose on the back of her glove and then proceeded to grab fry’s and prep food without changing gloves .

Sat in drive thru for 45min.

It’s Jack in the box in the city. Kind of small, not much seating, no drive thru. I come for curly fries and ranch dip.

The only Jack in a Box around the area, old looking store, lines are typically long and take some time to get your food, but still not bad

First time and only time at this restaurant. Absolutely no sense of urgency to get orders out. I had ordered on the app and had come in to pick up. They had me wait for 20 min to get my food. They kept skipping my number until finally manager asked in spanish why i was standing there for so long. Another employee answered "we dont have the flavor he wants for his shake." This was the only reason why nobody would give me my order which i had noticed had been sitting there since about i walked in. Restaurant was dirty as well.

First of all, give all the staff here raises!!! They set standards for fast food restaurants and make sure you’re taken care of. They always take the time to small talk with me and ask how I’m doing! Thank you for your care after my late nights at work!!!
