My first time at Jollibee did not disappoint. The food was very fresh and well seasoned. It was so good I went back the next day. The food was not as hot as the first time and they did forget to provide my mango peach pie with my meal and I was not able to get any mashed potatoes

Honestly my food/beverage review is tainted because of my service experience - so disclaimer - I wont comment on the flavor and price.
I was picking up snacks for my ASIAN (this is important) Grandma. She liked the pies but had never had the Jolibee chicken because we thought they only had boned-chicken. I completed my snack order for her and noticed the new Tenders. There was a 3 pack which is small enough but filling enough for her. The Manager taking my order asked one of the workers who was packing the chicken orders, if there were any tenders. I kind of checked out a little because there's normally not a reason to listen to workers conversations. But my ears perked up to hear "...sa manok yan" and I looked up to see the guy smirking and the Manager saying "shh" and putting his finger over his lips.
When I asked to make sure I heard what I know I heard (that he was teasing me for ordering [liking] chicken because I look Black), the guy acted like he'd never been confonted for being a dick in his life and was speechless basically. The Manager knew I heard. I didn't raise my voice or cause a scene, I simply told the worker abd his co-workers around that they need to watch what they say (in another language) because just because I LOOK like I don't speak Tagalog or understand it - I actually do - and that they need to be careful.
Needless to say, I won't be returning. Jolibee makes enough money on FILIPINOS liking and buying their chicken. Not too sure why its acceptable for full filipinos to like chicken, but when someone Black does, its a sterotype. Go figure.
Never going back. If you're a Person of Color going to Jolibee, make sure you know Tagalog or dont care because get ready for someone to talk Sht about you.

Another chicken place, my son and wife never seem to get tired of chicken. My son is saying that the jollibee is the best chicken by some blogger on the internet an he agrees with that. My wife loves chicken and her first choice “was” Boston Market but they are no more so jollibee is now her first choice.

I dined in four times this year at this store. They really need to put more efforts in food quality control. Sometimes it’s way too salty, and other times it has no flavor. The spiciness can be overwhelming to the point of being unbearable, but other times it’s completely bland.

Been goinbhere for years but some crew cannot handle the stress of orders influx and started making faces calling some customers DOROTHY otherwise the food is good but you need to hire people with long patience! If they act that way then how do we trust that they will not DIRTY our food!

Two bad things happened. The first one I ordered Pancit Palabok with extra sauce in seperate container and I paid more than $11 . They gave me all sauce in a paper box “leaking” and no pancit palabok . Then the second incident happend. I ordered Pacit Palabok again , six pieces chicken and extra sauce in seperate container. No problem with my order. But I’ve waited for my order too long. I was given an electronic device No.50 same number in my receipt. I waited too long and my electronic device did not flash red light. So I approach the counter found out somebody put a wrong number in my order’s receipt which is no.433. I talked to the Manager and he say nothing very unprofessional..By the way the guy’s name who took my order is BENSO.. This bad experience happened on Dec 01, 2024.

The best fried chicken I've ever had in the Bay Area.
The surrounding environment is also relatively convenient, with supermarkets around.
The service of the store clerk is relatively good.
The parking space is absolutely sufficient if you come for dinner.

Im looking for a great fried chicken place and this was on my list to try. The fried chicken is pretty good and the fries are a 9 of 10 I didn't try the sides but I did try their strawberry slush like drink that I enjoyed, off to another chicken place.
