I ordered the Krazy Phia fusion roll - great! Service great, too. Place is small.

Small little place, with small rolls. The taste and preparation were great but definitely would need 3 rolls to equal 1.5 rolls at another place. Sodas in a can, and refills cost for each new can.

Great little place for quick bite by the airport. Great service, Great atmosphere. Portions are a bit small (relative) but still filled me up.

Food tasted great, service was alright. Food came out differently timed, by the time I finished my food, my friends hadn’t even arrived. The portions were pretty small for the price ($7 for a tiny 6piece avocado roll). The place itself was small but very cute and clean.

Beautifully presented Japanese dishes with good quality fish and presentation.
We visited here right before our trip out of town because of the location to the airport and the restaurant did not disappoint.
Sashimi cuts are smaller than at other restaurants, and are “bite size” like the name, Kamu.
We’ve done Omakase here before which was also a nice experience.
Try the desserts at the end if you have room to spare.

You might not think of South San Francisco for sushi or omakase. However, trust me when I say this it is a must and if you are lucky enough to have Helen be your server, let her take you on a journey. We have been several times for sushi and recently stopped by for omakase and let's just say it was truly superb bites, amazing dining experience and memorable. Chef Cheuk is a true artist that focuses on technique, flavor and color and his passion and enthusiasm shines through every bite. Helen is equally as passionate in describing each dish and offering the perfect pairing. You must check this place out, like today.

Legit sushi for sushi lover. Not a bunch of rolls with cream cheese. Come in and ask for Omakase. The chef will take care of everything. 10 out 10. Would come again! Picture of blue fin, salmon belly and albacore belly.

Nice little neighborhood spot. Went for lunch and got mixed sashimi as well as a few rolls. Quality was good and the price was fair. The sushi chef and server were both friendly, and comped an order for us. We were the only diners there at lunchtime that day.

Went in for Omakase, which was my first time and was slightly skeptical. However, we were immediately asked about any allergies or anything in particular we did want/didn't want. The food was amazingly fresh, and the pace at which it was brought to our table was perfect. Never too overwhelmed by the amount on the table, and never waiting too long between dishes. The way Cheuk prepared every plate was fantastic, seasoned in ways you don't normally get at other sushi places, and he'd occasionally glance up to see our reactions and made sure we enjoyed what we were having which was a nice experience that you also don't often get. There wasn't a single thing that we didn't enjoy, and there's not one thing I could say I liked the most, its all really dang good. One thing I'll say, is it's a small place. So reserve, and it gets quite chilly in there.

Best nigiri I have ever eaten. The fish literally melts in your mouth. The portions were a bit small and we left hungry with spending about $25 per person, but the quality and freshness made it worth it. Staff was very attentive and service was excellent. Would be perfect for date nights or small groups. Definitely will be back!

We ordered take out last night and we were so disappointed at the size of the sushi. We ordered a California roll and there was barely any crab inside, mostly avocado. We paid $60 for 3 items on the menu and the portions were soooo small I was on shock. We we’re still hungry after that. The rolls were smaller than the ones you get from Safeway. An absurd! Plus, the rolls didn’t have much flavor. Such a bummer
