Me So Hungry Too

The place was a bit loud, given it was right next to a bowling alley. The fries were very nicely seasoned and cooked. I enjoyed the burger, however I didn't have the choice of American Cheese. Still, it is a very nice spot for dinner.

I bought a 16$ plate of food and forgot to order ranch. The guy said I couldn’t pay with card and didn’t even have the decency to give me on complimentary. He was very rude about it and gave me ketchup instead. They need to work on their customer service, no wonder they have a 4.1.

I AM ABSOLUTELY FUMING RIGHT NOW!!

I placed an order on their website and my card was charged for it. For whatever reason, their system didn't record the order. When I went to the shop to pick up, the lady couldn't locate my order and I showed her the transaction on my card so they would believe me. Then the guy cooking SCREAMED at me saying no ticket no food. He said get their website to refund me the money (I mean, really?). Then he continued to yell at me some more.

Clearly that man is pissed to need to work on July 4th so he is taking it out on the customer.

I asked to talk to their manager and that guy REFUSED to give me the number.

So here you go! Instead of remediation without publicizing it, you have got this!

Parking: The location is tough to find street parking. They have a small lot with only 4 spaces. Good luck trying to find a space there.

This place was delicious! The employees were so nice. I got a chicken sandwich and it was bigger than my hand! Well worth the price. They recommended the fries and by god they were worth it. I ended up going back to order the churros. They are delicious!

Ordered $60 worth of food and they refused to give me a side of aioli.

Stopped in on a whim. Google search, the name caught our attention because we were so hungry after a long flight. Lol Very good burger, great customer service. Definitely recommend.
