I just went to this restaurant on November 5, 2022 at 6:30PM, I went inside and the guy that was there came over and asked me what I has having and I told him it was for DINE IN and he rudely told me "NO" in a angry tone and I left. Before I even walked inside there was NO SIGNS that say "TAKE OUT ONLY" anywhere onsite. You just lost a potential new customer.

We have been going here for over 20 years. The food was the best & in the past year it has gone down. You can no longer order on the phone, the delivery driver is rude & adds his own tip & the food is overly expensive & for what you get. Fried rice has no color or veggies, sweet & sour pork was mushy, beef & broccoli had no sauce or flavor at all. This was our go to, gonna miss you!

The chicken was great! Nice and hot! The rice was good. The egg roll was hot on outside frozen in the inside. The soup was not my type of soup so no comment. After eating the Cat sound came from the kitchen Meowing (As if it was going into hot water)

The Chinese cuisine you grew up eating. Flavors were in point large size portions but quality was so delicious.

I tried the beef chow fun, pork and chives dumplings and salt and pepper shrimp. Very tasty! Service was also fast and efficient. Well definitely be coming back here to dine

We have been shopping around for decent Chinese near us. I tried this place as the prices seemed fair. So the food was ok. Things need a little improving and if they improved then I'd give them 5 stars. We got 5 items which were sweet and sour pork, general Taos chicken, bbq pork fried rice, pork pot stickers and chicken chow mein. General Chicken: the best out of the bunch, decent crunch and flavor. I liked this the most. Sweet and sour pork: couldn't stomach it, too sweet and pork just didn't taste fresh. Also came to us soggy. Was also chewy. Chicken chow mein: needed more chicken ! Had very few pieces but the taste was fine. Maybe use less soy-sauce. Noodles were thick and cabbage was fresh. Bbq pork fried rice: needs improvement. Was lacking flavor. Not enough salt and again bbq pork didn't look good, looked old. Pot stickers: like 3/5 not great and not bad. Way too thick of dough and the flavor was too savory for me. But ok flavor. So I mean the food was pretty good. I'd order here again but I won't be ordering anything with pork. And the fortune cookies were stale

Food was good...hit or miss on the workers...mostly they make order as ordered. Always delicious.

Waited for over one hour to find out that my order was not even placed because they no longer use the website listed on their own website for ordering! WTH! We were hungry! Remove that option from your own freaking website!

Doesn't look like much when you walk past, it's just a plain and simple Chinese restaurant. However, once you started to taste their food, damn I'm so amazed how good it was! I ordered the black bean fish fillet, sweet and sour fish with fried rice! It's bussin! In addition to that, their prices are cheap compared to other restaurants! I'm definitely coming back here! Their customer service is A+ as well

This place is sooooo yummy I grew up with my mom ordering from here as our go to Chinese restaurant, and honestly was skeptical of ordering since it has been so long and i dont trust yet dibble with many Chinese food restaurants.... BUT WHEN I TELL YOU !!!!!! Everything was delicious and was authentic, just how i remember it when i was little. I got the special which came with sweet & sour pork, beef & broccoli, bbq pork fried rice, wonton soup, and egg rolls for $30 !!! Talk about a SLAP YO MAMA SORT OF DEAL !!!! I had to add my favorites- shrimp chow mien and walnut prawns. Yum yum yum ! Sweet and sour pork: nice crispy layer with perfectly sized chunks of pork; the sauce was sweet with a tang which made for a perfect balance Beef and broccoli: tender cuts of beef with just the right amount of cook on my broccoli. There was sauce that enveloped the two and was a nice drizzle for the plates i made Shrimp chow mien: tons of grilled shrimp tossed throughout my yummingly smokey chow mien noodles; there were pretty veggies in there too Wonton soup: hearty and plentiful with like 7 wontons and veggies in a rich broth. I knew if i was sick i would've been cured PERIOD Egg Rolls: a lovely finishing touch or beginning touch lol because i had them at both parts of my dinner but they were crispy asf and had yummy insides - egg, cabbage, carrots, and something else lol but still delicous I am so happily satisfied with my revisit to The New Golden Wok and anytime i am craving Chinese food THEY WILL BE MY FIX - period

Came here to celebrate Chinese New Year! Order veggi chow mein, fried rice, taro steamed buns, red bean paste steamed buns with hot tea. Food was great l, vegetables were fresh and noodles nicely cooked. The only reason they don't get higher score due to long wait for food.

DISAPPOINTED.... We have been loyal customers for over 20 years. Unbeknownst to us, they are under new ownership. We ordered our usual tonight, and were sadly disappointed...the portions were literally HALF the size they used to be, the prices had increased, and the food was greatly lacking in taste. We will not be returning.

Not very happy with this place. First of all ordered thru their website using QMenu, said the order would arrive in about 50 minutes, after about 80 minutes I decided to call the place. At first no answer then finally after a couple of calls they answered. They said the order was almost out, well after almost 40 more minutes I got my order. 2 Hours!!!!! And guess what? Yep, missing items. Tried calling them and again no answer. Was able to call QMenu and I was able to get a credit back on the missing food. Some of the food was good but the portion size was small.
