Nope!!! One of their panel trucks hit my son's truck in downtown San Carlos as he was leaving the dog park on Saturday. It never stopped. The company denies responsibility although they had a driver downtown making deliveries to restaurants at the time. The trucks are well marked and easy to identify. There are so many companies you can deal with folks. Choose wisely.

If i can give this place zero stars I would. I was referred to Frank by a friend of mine. I was looking to buy large quantities of fish. When frank got on the phone, he didn't even give me a chance to let him know why I was calling. As i was introducing myself he cut me of and said to call him back after 3:00 and hung up on me, but they close at 1:00. Horrible service. They just lost a huge client.

Sales rep Greg is beyond amazing. We call or text our orders in and he always answers back. Great quality and as I mentioned superior service. We forgot an important item last week and he made a personal trip to save us.

Just ask to speak with Gene! Amazing, personal customer service. Gene is always willing to make sure our orders are correct and on time. The seafood is exceedingly fresh. We use them exclusively and are happy to support this independent, family-owned business.

Great fish, use them in my catering business often and with great results. Reasonably priced and free delivery, how can you beat that?? The only issue I've had is counting on delivery within a certain window of time. As long as you are ok with getting it at some point before 2pm it's fantastic. They just have lots of deliveries and so planning on havng them before noon or something is not a great plan. The dungeness crab meat is fantastic, salmon fillet boned and skinned super, seabass fillet, frozen prawns oh ya YUM

Never used their product, but if the drivers are any indication, no thanks. I witnessed a Newport Fish Company truck today speeding and running a stop sign in Redwood City, CA. Plus the driver was yelling at oncoming cars when he was trying to turn left. A real piece of work.
