The works very rude they didn't and not friendly

9/19/25 around 3pm no line which was great cause I was in a hurry . The young lady that took my order with the fake eyelashes that looked terrible and piercings & dyed hair looked pissed with the most unwelcoming smirk took my order a mocha frappe. I wait 5 minutes and then walk up to the counter to see if my frappe was being blended because I didn't hear anything being blended and the barista who look like her sister ask me if I ordered anythingwith this weird look on her face and me smh 😑replied I ordered a mocha frappe. long story short I get the mocha frappe about 8 minutes and she barely used any ice it turned out to be a half-ass milkshake which didn't have that crushed ice texture that I love I was in such a hurry I didn't even go back to complain about it. Young ladies get another job if you can even make a frappe . How do you mess up a frappe seriously. Peets use to be so good. 😢

Asked for a specialty drink. The barista Lana* not only read it wrong she then made it wrong and in front of tons of people Lana was as rude as I have ever seen in Peete's and was out loud saying how it was my wife's fault she read the specialty drink wrong. Lana was rude and embarrassed my wife on purpose. Lana was so mad she had to take a break and then leave the store after saying she was not mad or anything. Calling corporate to see what they have to say, as in how could we even go back to get a drink after that kind of treatment? We have spent 100's at Peet's. This was and is unacceptable behavior from an employee to customer..

It’s very similar to the Starbucks model. The coffee tastes great—I used to buy their capsule coffee, but this is my first time purchasing in-store. Highly recommended.
